Razor and body care products
I just bought some razors and body care stuff from this company, and let me tell you, I am totally blown away by how good they are. The razor gave me a really nice, close shave, and the body products made my skin feel super soft and refreshed. I love that they really put thought into making products that work well for women. And the fun colors and the way they include everyone in their marketing? That really speaks to me. It's nice to see a company challenging the usual beauty norms in a good way.

Fun surprise gadgets
The gadgets are awesome! I really enjoy not knowing what I'll get in each box. It could be something really cool, or a great gift for someone else. The price might seem a bit steep, but you get some really fun tech stuff that's totally worth it. I definitely recommend it! 👍🏻

Mum flower purchase
I just bought this mum flower, right? And I took real good care of it, but it did not bloom for me. The leaves looked all healthy and whatnot, but no flowers. So, I tried to take it back or swap it for another one, but they told me no refunds on flowers. Like, they never mentioned that anywhere in the store. Anyway, I talked to the manager, and he straight up said he wouldn't replace the $5.99 flower to make sure I was happy. I was pretty bummed out to see them not really trying to fix things for such a small purchase.

Last minute flight changes, poor service, lost luggage
This airline is a total nightmare. They totally messed up my flights at the last minute, added an extra stop, and even lied about turbulence just to avoid serving dinner on a super long flight. I was left hungry, thirsty, and super annoyed due to the lack of food and water. And if that wasn't bad enough, my luggage never got to where it was supposed to go. Their customer service was just terrible, with canned apologies and no real concern when I tried to speak up about the problem. I am so furious at how incompetent and uncaring this airline is.

Delayed delivery deception
I got told a bunch of different dates of when my order was gonna show up, but when it finally did, it was obvious they didn't even have it in stock. The Royal Mail tracker wasn't getting any updates because Iwoot was still holding onto the item. Instead of just being straight up and giving me back my money, they kept me in the dark. Now, my kid doesn't have an advent calendar, and it's too late to get another one. I won't be coming back to shop here again, that's for sure.

Online money management tool
This online money management tool isn't as time-saving as I had hoped. I don't want to go back to using my own spreadsheet program, but I end up spending too much time every month trying to balance my checking accounts. The problem starts when I download transactions from my banks because there are always duplicate entries that I have to deal with manually. It's frustrating and goes against the whole idea of using this tool to save time and simplify my life. Another issue is scrolling through the interface isn't easy, especially for those like me who use touch screens. It's just not user-friendly in that aspect, which adds to the overall frustration of using this program.

I gotta be honest, I bought some car parts from this company and man, their customer service was terrible. It was just as bad as this other company in the same industry that everyone complains about. I definitely won't be telling my friends to shop there, especially if they have other options.
