I tried to buy a fancy laser, but they said they don't ship it to my country. They refunded me, but it was $42.58 less than what I paid. I've been talking to Catherine but still didn't get the rest of my money back. This has been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, don't buy from this company.
Laser engraver metal engraving head
I ordered a new metal engraving head for my laser engraver, but the delivery took forever and I had to pay an outrageous customs fee! On top of that, AtomStack completely ghosted me after I paid the fee. It's really frustrating and not cool.
Refurbished A20 Pro laser
So, I bought this laser online, right? And when it showed up, it was a hot mess! They sent me this tiny laser that didn't even fit, and it was missing the screen and other stuff. The box looked like it had been through a war or something! I mean, what were they doing in their refurbishment area?! But I reached out to customer service, and they totally came through with a new machine in a flash. After that, everything was smooth sailing!

X7 pro atomstack
X7pro has some flaws to the machine. You get the machines and put it together, the laser mechanisms comes already installed. The part thatvwas installed from the company was backwards so that caused issues. I contacted them and we fixed it. Now i notice the cuts are crooked. I checked the belts and nuts. Then intook the level and checked the frame and the bar the laser is on because it looked a little crooked (the part they installed) i reached out and they do not seem to want to help me resolve this issue. 2 weeks later and im still getting the run around. I recommend buying elsewhere.
