Broken dress refund
Oh my gosh, guys, so I ordered this dress online and when it got here, it was totally messed up. I've been trying to work it out with customer service for like EIGHT MONTHS to get my money back, but it's been like talking to a wall. They keep promising to refund me, but then they come up with some story about their bank account being locked up. And now, they're not even responding to me anymore. It feels like they don't care about their customers one bit. Ugh, it's super annoying!

I just ordered a greeting card from this website and I have to say I was super impressed with how it all went down. The card showed up right on time and was packaged up real nice to make sure it didn't get wrecked in the mail. It looked just like it did on the website, which was a nice little bonus. I'll for sure be back to order again in the future.
