Bracelet return
Ordering jewelry online can be stressful, but I actually had a pretty good experience with customer service when I needed to return a bracelet that was too small. It can be tricky buying jewelry online, but it's reassuring to know there's a store you can rely on for future buys. Chatting with Floris and Susan on the phone about the return was easy - they were super nice and really helpful in fixing the problem. All in all, Pig & Hen looks like a good company with awesome stuff and even better people. Appreciate the help!
