Overseas purchase, quick delivery
I just bought something from an online store that's based overseas and didn't have many reviews. At first, I was a bit unsure about ordering from them, but I figured I'd give it a shot. To my surprise, the item was shipped out fast and showed up earlier than I thought. And guess what? It looked exactly like how it was described on the website, which was a big relief since there weren't a lot of reviews to go off of. On top of that, the packaging was top-notch - it was wrapped up really well, making sure that my item got to me in perfect shape. All in all, a pretty good experience. I'd definitely think about shopping from them again in the future.

Black ginger powder for ED
As someone who has watched my husband deal with ED for a while, I can honestly say that black ginger powder has really made a difference for us. We've tested all kinds of pills, prescribed and natural, but they only seemed to help temporarily. I ordered a pair of sandals on 7/2/2021 and it is now 7/15/2021 and have yet to receive my order. Fed Ex shows delivery pending and when I contacted support they explain something like there are 2 delivery methods involved so I will eventually receive my order through USPS? I was under the impression that these were ordered in the US but now I am thinking this is not a US company.....

The taste is great, really was excited about trying it, been trying to quit smoking for a long time but after 1 day my first pen stopped working so I emailed the company and they shipped a new one right away. Great! Now opened my 2nd one and after a day it isn't working! I do not use constantly so not sure why it stopped. Very disappointing. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or what. This site is out of China. I've order from this type BS before and IT IS A SCAM. Like some of you are saying,(that are real customers, not fake), the material is cheap and nothing like the picture and costly to return back to China. Facebook should not be allowing this site, who keeps changing it's name to be inconspicuous, on their platform to scam people and take their money with false advertisement. I also ordered from them. They put the wrong zip code for my shipping address. So I never received the item. I have sent constant emails asking them to correct it. They told me to contact my local USPS. I went to USPS website to put the tracking number and it says, "This tracking number is not available." I am very disappointed because I ordered a coat from them. For all that I should have just ordered from Amazon. At least they guarantee your package being delivered to the right address.

I ordered 8 masks 4/24/20 (#216118) and received them a few days ago. The order was not correct. Instead of 2 pairs of rose and grey masks, I received 2 pairs of navy and red masks. I really wanted the rose and grey colors. The 2 pairs of black and sage green were correct. I have taken a leap of faith and ordered 8 more masks (#324532). This order includes 2 pairs of rose and grey masks and 2 pairs of black and sage green. I sure hope the order is filled correctly this time. I do like the masks. They are very comfortable and it is easy to breathe with the filter. Thank you.

It doesn't even fit small kids. Please don't buy this crap. I will contact Better Business Burea and file a complaint. I can't believe CDC recommends this mask. I will be contacting them too. Masks + filters
Some people must be trolling this site with the negative reviews. I've bought masks from a few different sources in the past 6 weeks, and these are by far the best in terms of design and comfort. Quality material and stitching, adjustable straps, easy to change filters. Nice product. Only complaint was slow delivery (about 12 days), but I was told that has been addressed - I know someone else who received their's much quicker.
I ordered a mask for my sister-in-law who is in and out of high transmittable areas. The order was placed April 19 with a 9-15 day assured delivery. Today is May 5. When I look at the tracking information I see 'Estimated Delivery' on May 24. That is approximately twice the delivery time advertised for this item. My calls (3) are not returned; chat is inaccessible, and my (two) emails ignored. Yet, Vida did accept my payment within 24 hours of purchase.
I agree with Michael Gessner and had the exact same experience. It took a month for them to be honest with their shipping date only to be told that we have to wait another several weeks. Contact with them is ignored. They will take your money quickly, but will not provide their service. They are dishonorable and should not be in business.
Same experience. They are taking money from people and then the customer must go and buy alternative masks from an actually reliable company. No responses from customer service even though they send emails saying to contact them by email. Also, they do not let you put a review on their website. Do not trust their site reviews. It wouldnt suprise me if the site reviewes were all created by VIDA employees.

Lies. I bought four masks in April and received an email telling me specifically they wouldn't arrive until June 3rd due to shipping in CHINA and the coronavirus. I swear to God I wish I could screen shot the email. I don't know about their quality products but their service and delivery is TRASH. So much so that I have filled a complaint with the California Attorney General's office. Ugh to fake ass folks like you.

Same experience AND I completely believe they are posting phony reviews on their website because they are miraculously all positive. Also on other sites where there are many negative reviews such as Trust Pilot suddenly a bunch of positive reviews of people who had "no trouble at all" show up. SCAM - they take your money and you get nothing.

We suggest taking our probiotics in the morning with fiber-rich food for maximum health benefit. Many women find these supplements improve their energy levels, so morning is often best.

We intentionally formulated the MenoLabs products so that you have more control and can customize what products you need for your goals.
Because our doses are split into two capsules, you can take any of our products in combination. You will just need to split the number of capsules you take. For example, you could take one capsule of MenoFit in the morning and one capsule of MenoChill in the evening.
You could also rotate 3 products by taking one capsule of MenoFit in the AM, followed by MenoChill at night, one capsule of MenoGlow the next morning, and then one capsule of MenoChill that night.
If you choose, you can also take full daily dosages of two of our products (for example, two capsules of MenoGlow in the morning and two capsules of MenoChill at night). I would like to make a complaint. I love your product and have been a frequent customer. But your customer service is appalling. I am still awaiting a refund for a order I cancelled. It’s been a month or back and forth. I talked to a representative and latter was in touch with a manager. Both never admitted to their fault and always tried to push the burden upon me. And also pushed me away to resolve it with my back. To this day, our communications have been about how it was my fault that the refund wasn’t met or how the initial payment never went through. It’s beyond upsetting, I have repeatedly advised them that “my card was charged” and never refunded. I have taken to social media and many review websites to publicize this absurd customer service.
