Incorrect item received
I had a lousy time dealing with this company. I bought a product to try it out, and they sent me the wrong thing. The quality was fine, but I thought it was too expensive for what I got. On top of that, they don't have an easy return policy with preprinted labels, so I had a tough time sending it back and getting my money back. To make things worse, their deliveries are super slow, which is annoying for someone like me. Their customer service was nice and quick, but I had to give them one star in the end because of the whole bad ordeal.
