Flight experience from Seoul to New Delhi
My flight from Seoul to New Delhi was actually really nice. The crew, with Choi Yoonjung, Kim Sujin, and Yun Young, really took care of us and made sure we were all comfy the whole time. I had some special meal needs, and they were super quick and happy to help me out. Choi Yoonjung was so friendly and made the flight even better. Big shoutout to the crew for doing such an awesome job. I'm looking forward to seeing more great crew members like them in the future.

Late delivery, room mix-up
I bought this gift with perishables for someone in the hospital, and it was supposed to come in two days but it took a whole week! And they put the wrong room number on the delivery, so it got all mixed up. Dealing with the company and UPS to fix it was so annoying, ugh.

I had a really bad experience with this product. It didn't work like they said it would, and when I tried to get help, they only answered me once and then totally stopped responding. I even tried to get my money back, but I didn't get anywhere. I wouldn't suggest doing business with this company. I usually don't leave negative feedback, but being ignored as a customer is just not okay.
