Recent customer service experience
I had a really bad experience with the customer service team at this store recently. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but my orders were canceled out of the blue with no explanation. I've been trying to reach out to their customer service for weeks now, but I've been having some difficulties. It seems like my emails are getting blocked, and whenever I call, I just get automated messages telling me to email them. I've tried using different email addresses, but nothing seems to work. The lack of communication and help from the store has made me really disappointed. I used to think highly of this store, but now I'm starting to doubt their commitment to their loyal customers.
