High shipping costs, return deductibles
I was really let down by this website when I tried to shop on it. They wanted to charge me $12 just for shipping, which seemed totally excessive. And on top of that, if you need to return something, they take out $10 from your order. That basically makes it impossible to return anything without losing $22 in total. Their policy on this is so unclear and it's just frustrating. The customer service was the worst - they didn't even bother to respond to my emails asking about this issue. The reviews I read before buying were accurate - you've got to be really careful when shopping here.
