Selling on Bonanza
I've been selling on Bonanza for a few years now and it's been pretty cool. I don't get as many sales as on eBay, but hey, who wants to put all their eggs in one basket, right? Most of my sales come from Google Shopping, so it's super important to make sure you list your items correctly. What I do wish is that they would let us sellers remove PayPal as a payment option once we've got Stripe activated. Stripe is way better and has lower fees, while PayPal is just expensive and has zero customer service. Come on, Bonanza, get with it!

Recent purchases
I just bought something from this company and man, their customer service is seriously lacking. So, when my order arrived, I saw that one of the items was messed up and I needed to return it. Getting that item back was a whole thing since the store nearby had shut down. I had to use FedEx, which was fine. But, the real problem came when I had to wait for my refund. Even though I could see that they got my return, it took them like a whole month to give me my money back.

Layette order for my granddaughter
I recently bought some clothes for my granddaughter from Maisonette. When they showed up, they were way too big for her. I reached out to customer service and they were super quick to help me out. They offered to give me my money back or a discount, and they made sure the right sizes were sent to me. I wasn't sure if they could fix the problem, but they totally did. The clothes were even nicer in person than online, and I am now a big fan of Maisonette's customer service.

I hired a web designer from Fiverr twice now and it was amazing both times! It's really tough to find reliable web designers, especially with everything being online due to Covid. But then I stumbled upon this awesome freelancer on Fiverr and it felt like I hit the jackpot. The whole process was super easy, and I didn't even have to leave my house. Lingerie set
I am so upset about my recent experience. I ordered a lingerie set online and when I went to pick it up, the package was already opened and some of the items were missing. I complained and showed them evidence, but they wouldn't give me a refund. They even threatened to block me from buying anything from them again. Their customer service and professionalism are seriously lacking. I am definitely going to report this shady behavior to the right people.

Hey there, I totally understand that you're a large chain grocery store with a lot going on. However, I think it would be really helpful if the aisles were more organized. I spent a long time searching for what I needed and ended up choosing something that wasn't exactly right. The checkout lines also felt like they took forever. The selection is pretty good overall, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of layout and customer service.

I can't believe how bold this company is trying to charge $21.87 for a box of Nabisco crackers that I can easily get for $3.25 at another place. It's absolutely pathetic and shameful how they're trying to rip off customers.
