    Refunded, still annoyed

    I'm done with Temu, honestly — refund was fine but that's it, no clue what happened to two orders. Support just issued money back and closed the case. Other places at least explain; not ordering again anytime soon, kinda disappointing.

    Funny thing — I buy a ton of stuff from them for everyday use, clothes and kitchen bits, and most of it feels solid and comfy. Returns are weirdly easy, they refund without a return if under a limit. So yeah, if you don't like it, shop elsewhere.

    Overall I’d recommend it, even though the shipping bit made me scratch my head. I first spotted this on Amazon and told a friend to grab it — the filler’s actually really decent, and arrived fast. Weirdly they billed £3 shipping separately on a large order, and I’m a Prime member so that felt odd, but honestly the product surprised me in a good way, solid value.

    the whole thing was mishandled — ordered late August, got an email about customs delay (fine), then tracking showed the package in my area in early September and marked ready for pickup, but it just sat there, I waited, and waited. I filed a complaint, they asked for 48 hours to investigate and now say the refund won't be issued until mid-September. Dry, slow process. If you need items on time, look elsewhere — that's my advice.

    Packages marked delivered but weren't

    I remember opening my account notes months later—three packages showed as "delivered" on the courier site, but when I called them they said the boxes were still sitting in their warehouse. Temu refuses a refund because the tracking says delivered, and their support keeps promising to investigate and then nothing happens. I've dealt with other retailers that sorted this faster, so this dragged out way longer than it should have. Oddly, one courier agent admitted the mistake, but no pickup address was ever given. Frustrating.
