Installed the app last week, poked around for the flashy vouchers; using it felt clunky, most discounts tiny, but it still saved me something on groceries.
The box told me
Right when I opened the box I knew they nailed it — stuff looked just like the pics and the party recently came together. Shipping was fast, honestly, returns were painless too, way better than some other retailers I've used.
Friend tipped me, I hesitated

Temu refuses a refund because the tracking says delivered, and their support keeps promising to investigate and then nothing happens. I've dealt with other retailers that sorted this faster, so this dragged out way longer than it should have. Oddly, one courier agent admitted the mistake, but no pickup address was ever given. Frustrating.
Nice stuff, messy delivery rules
it hides which items will ship from local warehouses and the free shipping threshold doesn't apply across mixed shipments. So you think you're at the $25 minimum, then at the end it forces you to add more or pay extra because some items are counted differently. That back and forth cost me time and I reloaded the cart. Customer support was slow and vague when I asked; they eventually said it's due to split-warehouse shipping. Product's fine and cheap, but the delivery setup and support make it more hassle. Disappointing.
Sorting it out
Looking back, I'm glad I tried it — the order actually arrived and turned out fine, despite the confusing checkout. I started using the app a few weeks ago and at first it looked straightforward. Then, right before payment, it kept bumping the minimum from $25 to higher totals and split items into different warehouses, so you don't know what's covered. I wasted time filling the cart, checking things, and then being told to add more. Shipping ended up mostly free for my items though, and customer support answered a basic question. It's not as smooth as it used to be, but it worked out and I'm relieved. I might try again if they simplify checkout.
