Variety and pricing
I just have to say, I absolutely love this online store. They have such a huge variety of products and the prices are just unbeatable. Every time I find something that's a bit pricey, I check other sites like Amazon and I'm always amazed at how much I save shopping here. And their customer service is amazing. I had a damaged item once and they processed my refund so quickly - almost instantly! I've been shopping here for about a year now, and I don't plan on going anywhere else as long as they keep up this great service and quality.
