I gotta tell you, the stuff I got was really great. The quality was awesome and the prices were way better than I expected. I don't get why some folks whine about not getting free shipping on a small buy. You want good stuff, you gotta cough up some cash! I splurged on my order and I'm totally happy about it. Unsolicited catalog
I got a catalog from this company out of nowhere. And when I tried to tell them I didn't want it, they didn't even respond. Their process for getting off their mailing list is way too complicated and takes up too much time. It's frustrating to have to go through all of that just to avoid getting bothered by a company I never wanted to hear from in the first place.

8-hour international flight
I flew on an 8-hour international flight with this airline recently, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The seats were so uncomfortable, it felt like sitting on rocks rather than proper seats. The lack of space in both the seats and the aisle made the whole journey feel really cramped and suffocating. And to top it off, there was no in-flight entertainment available, which was pretty surprising for a modern airline. The only good thing was the cabin crew - they were polite and did their best to make the situation a little less awful. I definitely wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I just bought some stuff for shipping overseas and customs went ahead and ruined everything. But let me tell you, the customer service team was on it! I reached out and within hours they had already sorted everything out and refunded me for the destroyed items, no back and forth needed. Their quick and professional response really impressed me and now I'm a happy customer. I'll definitely be ordering from this company again, but next time I'll stick to shipping within the EU.

Birthday cake order
I wanted to do something special for my son's 30th birthday, so I ordered a cake for him from this company. But let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I ordered the cake a whole week in advance, hoping it would get there the day before his birthday. But nope, not only did I not get any updates about the delivery, the cake ended up at the wrong house. It was complete chaos. I reached out to customer service to let them know what happened, and all they did was send me a photo of the cake at the wrong doorstep, like that was supposed to make it better. UPS dropped the ball big time by delivering to the wrong address, even though I gave them all the right info. Finally, the cake made its way to my son a couple days late. He missed celebrating with his buddies because of it. Total bummer.
