I bought some protein powder from this brand and, man, it tasted awful! It had this weird aftertaste that just turned me off completely. I was really let down by the quality and I definitely won't be buying it again.

I had a pretty bad experience with this company's service. Their technician ended up charging us twice, taking both a check and a credit card payment for the same thing. When I called customer service for help, I found out it was outsourced to a call center in India. The folks there couldn't really give me a straight answer or understand what I was asking. I couldn't get this problem fixed and it left me super frustrated and disappointed with their service overall.

Gorgeous engagement ring
The customer service team at this company is amazing! I've had a few little issues and they've been super helpful and really paid attention to my needs. Adam, in particular, has been absolutely outstanding in helping me with all my questions and worries. We're still working on resizing my fiance's ring, but the one we got is just beautiful and even better than I expected.

International package shipping
The international package shipping service from this company has been absolutely terrible. The packages just disappear into thin air, the tracking info keeps changing, and the delivery dates keep getting pushed back. It's so frustrating to try to plan around a delivery that never shows up like it's supposed to. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it's terrible! You can't talk to a real person, just an annoying automated system that makes everything even worse. It's a total waste of time and just leaves me feeling so irritated.

Premium clothing
As someone who really cares about getting well-made clothes, I always have high hopes for the stuff I buy. Sadly, the recent order I made with this company completely let me down. The whole deal from ordering to getting my stuff was full of problems and delays.
When I finally got my order, I could tell right away that the quality wasn't up to par. The fabric felt cheap and the stitching was all crooked. I was so bummed out I decided to return it for a refund. And that's when things got really bad.
Even though I followed all the steps for the return, I still haven't gotten my money back. Every time I try to contact customer service, it's a waste of time with long waits and unhelpful reps. The total lack of communication and fixing the issue from their end is beyond frustrating and just not cool.

Even though I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews, my first time buying from this company turned out to be pretty good. But after leaving a voicemail and sending an email, I got an email back and a call too. They not only said sorry for the mix-up, but they also took quick steps to fix it and sent me the missing pieces right away. I actually ordered 2 extra by mistake, but they're all really comfy to wear. The white ones have adjustable shoulder straps, but the pink ones don't. I'm happy with what I bought and think they're great for everyday wear.

Perfect prom dress
The dress was so beautiful! It looked just like it did in the pictures online. I had actually seen the same dress at the mall for $130 more, so I knew I was getting a great deal. I decided to go with the 3-day shipping option and was really happy when the dress showed up sooner than expected. It was packaged really nicely in a dress bag on a hanger. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again!
