Protein powder
I bought some protein powder from this brand and, man, it tasted awful! It had this weird aftertaste that just turned me off completely. I was really let down by the quality and I definitely won't be buying it again.

I just bought some pet supplies and I have to say, this company has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. In a time where good customer service can be hard to come by, it's really nice to see a company that goes the extra mile to take care of their customers. I've had to reach out to customer service a few times over the past 8 months and each time, they have surpassed my expectations. The reps are always super friendly, nice, and really helpful. It's obvious that they truly care about their customers and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we have a great experience.

Home appliance repair
I had a pretty bad experience with this company's service. Their technician ended up charging us twice, taking both a check and a credit card payment for the same thing. When I called customer service for help, I found out it was outsourced to a call center in India. The folks there couldn't really give me a straight answer or understand what I was asking. I couldn't get this problem fixed and it left me super frustrated and disappointed with their service overall.

Gorgeous engagement ring
The customer service team at this company is amazing! I've had a few little issues and they've been super helpful and really paid attention to my needs. Adam, in particular, has been absolutely outstanding in helping me with all my questions and worries. We're still working on resizing my fiance's ring, but the one we got is just beautiful and even better than I expected.

I just went to this store to grab some stuff for an upcoming dance competition. They had a good variety of dancewear, but man, the customer service was terrible. Even though I dropped a lot of cash there, the staff was not helpful at all and they treated me pretty badly. It was just a super frustrating shopping trip.

In 2022, I had the awesome opportunity to create a video for this major event in my city where a bunch of folks sang the anthem. Thank goodness for Filmora! It allowed us to add a bunch of images and make the video really pop. The updates made it easy for us to improve our work. Big shoutout to the team over there for all their help!

I actually ordered 2 extra by mistake, but they're all really comfy to wear. The white ones have adjustable shoulder straps, but the pink ones don't. I'm happy with what I bought and think they're great for everyday wear.
