Fancy dress purchase
I recently bought a really nice dress from an online store, but unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. They just offered me a $10 coupon as an apology, which didn't really make up for the issue. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer and I was frustrated with their lack of responsibility. Now, I'm stuck without a dress for an event I have coming up and it's really disappointing to see this kind of bad service and quality control from a company.
