    shoes for school

    I got these shoes from this one place, and let me tell you, the delivery charge was crazy high! The customer service was seriously awful, too. And get this - turns out the place isn't even based in the UK, but they totally make it seem like they are. The quality of the shoes was really low and they looked super cheap. Ugh, definitely not shopping there again, that's for sure.

    The customer service team was amazing when I contacted them about an issue with my purchase. They were quick to respond and sent me the replacement part I needed right away.     I recently bought some stuff from a skincare brand and boy, was I let down by how long it took for my order to get to me. Like seriously, it took over two weeks- 14 business days! And get this, the company's warehouse is in one state and my stuff was going to another state, not even that far, but it felt like forever. So, I tried to reach out to their customer service for some help, and let me tell you, they were zero help. One person even had the nerve to suggest that I bug the shipping company to hurry things up, like that's something I can do. It's like they don't give a darn about us customers. Their website had these delivery time estimates that they couldn't even stick to. So yeah, I was pretty annoyed and let down by the whole thing, to say the least.

    I bought some of their overalls that were definitely not good quality and fit really weird. They felt like something you would find at the mall on sale.     My recent experiences with this airline have been really disappointing. Twice now, my flights from Glasgow to Dublin were delayed big time, causing a lot of problems. The first time, my flight was held up for 4.5 hours and the airline didn't really keep us in the loop about what was going on. Plus, only one person in my group got any compensation, which just made things more frustrating. The second time was even worse - an 8-hour delay followed by a last-minute cancellation and a detour to Belfast instead of Dublin. That added up to a 15-hour delay, turning my whole travel experience into a total nightmare. The airline's lack of communication and transparency is just not cool, especially when we're left in the dark about what's happening. The constant changes in departure times made it impossible to make other plans, making things even more chaotic. And to top it off, I'm still waiting on four refunds for the affected passengers from both incidents, showing just how bad their customer service and follow-up is. I get that delays can happen, but the way Aer Lingus/Emmerald Airlines handled things has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

    Terrible shipping experience

    I just bought something online and had the worst time with the shipping. Even though I double-checked my address, my package somehow got sent to a pick-up spot that's 4 hours away from me. I had to waste a bunch of time calling UPS, the pick-up place, the local delivery branch, and even sent a bunch of emails just to fix the problem. The company's customer service was no help at all and basically told me to figure it out with UPS on my own. It was super frustrating and just really disappointing overall.
