Shipping label refund issue
I had a really bad time with this company over a shipping label refund problem. I used their labels to send a package, but it got sent back. I tried to ask for a refund for the shipping, but they wouldn't own up to their mistake and give me my money back. Not only did they not refund me, but they also gave me wrong info and avoided fixing the problem. Dealing with their lack of responsibility and customer service was really frustrating and disappointing. I hope they do better in the future and treat their customers more fairly and honestly.
