Recent purchase missing items
I just bought something and it came with stuff missing. So I reached out to customer service and they asked for my receipt and order number. I gave them everything they needed, but then they told me they didn't have the missing parts. I was really let down and annoyed because I thought a brand like theirs would have it together. Not getting this fixed has definitely made me feel differently about them.

The ring was looking really cool when I finally received it, but it showed up late so I couldn't give it to my husband on his birthday. He still thought it was nice though!

Magnesium purchase
I've been using that memory stuff from Intelligent Labs for a bit now and it's been working like a charm! I find myself remembering things a lot more easily, which is pretty awesome. Their website is super user-friendly and my orders always arrive right on schedule. Lately, I've been experimenting with some other products from them as well and they're looking promising. I plan on continuing to give them a try to see if they work as well, but for now, I'm satisfied with what I have. I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot if you need a memory boost or just want to try something different.

Emergency surgery for pet
Recently, I had to rush my pet in for emergency surgery at this vet clinic and I am so amazed by how caring and dedicated they were. The front desk staff were really nice and made me feel less worried right away. The vets and nurses were also really sweet and took the time to explain everything clearly. They really listened to my worries and made sure my pet got the best care. I have a few pets and now I know I will bring them all here from now on because of the amazing service. My regular vet misdiagnosed my pet and thanks to this clinic, she got the surgery she needed to survive.
