IQbuds max 2 purchase
These IQbuds max 2 are awesome! I bought them back in 2021 after being let down by the previous version in 2019. The sound quality is amazing and they work really well with all my devices. They don't improve my hearing as much as I hoped, but my wife says she's noticed a difference, so that's a win! The IQstream TV add-on is a total game-changer, especially for watching movies with those annoying quiet scenes. Plus, I love using them at concerts to shield my ears from the loud music. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase!

Missing package
I gotta tell ya, dealing with that missing item from my order was a real pain in the butt. Even though they said it was delivered, I couldn't find it anywhere when I got home. Having to deal with the carrier just made things even more stressful. And then to top it off, no one offered to just send me a new one or anything. I was so let down by the lack of customer service and support from a company that's supposed to be top-notch.

Unresponsive Customer Service
I recently bought something from this company, and let me tell you, I am beyond frustrated with their customer service. I placed my order days ago, and I still haven't gotten any shipping details. I've tried calling, texting, and emailing them multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. I even tried using the "contact us" form on their website, but it keeps saying the email is invalid. This lack of communication is just not okay, and it's really making me upset. I had to go as far as filing a complaint with PayPal and I'm also going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau.
