I'd totally give this place zero stars if I could. The customer service here is just so bad- no phone number to call, and they never even reply to emails. I totally wasted my time and money on something I bought here and I seriously regret it.

New phone purchase
I recently got a new phone and had a bunch of problems with getting my service set up right. The person at the store messed up and somehow put my Mom's old address on my account instead of my new one. So, the bill got sent to the wrong place even though I gave them my new address and showed them my updated driver's license. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to fix it, but I can't seem to reach a manager. The person I finally talked to said the boss already said no to giving me back the money they charged by mistake. This whole thing has been super disappointing, especially since I used to get great service from my old provider before they merged.

I first liked these diapers because the company seemed really good, the price was right, and they looked cute. Hey, so I bought this thing and the battery was totally messed up. I had to keep charging it after just a couple of hits. I reached out to customer support, and they sent me to some other place and wanted me to pay for shipping again to get it fixed. Not cool, dude!
