Dissatisfied with quality and returns
I bought some stuff from this place not too long ago and man, it was all just trash. And to make matters worse, when I tried to return it, they didn't even give me all my money back. The things didn't even look like what was shown on the website and now I'm wishing I had spent my money somewhere else. I highly recommend going somewhere else to shop so you don't have to deal with the same letdown I did.
Unique Fashion Pieces
I was so pumped to check out the cool fashion stuff at this store. But, I gotta admit, I was a little thrown off when I had to go up to an XL in a few things, normally I'm more like a M-L. Even so, I was still totally vibing with the awesome pieces they had.
Apparel purchase
I just bought some clothes from this company, but I ran into some problems with getting it delivered. They sent it out without my full address, so it got sent back to the post office. I've been trying to get in touch with the courier service and customer service, but they're taking forever to get back to me. Now, I'm just waiting to hear from the complaints team so we can sort this all out.
Fashion purchases for productions
As someone who's always in the limelight, it's super important for me to have lots of different fashion choices for my shows. I recently bought some stuff from this company and I'm totally obsessed with what I got. The clothes are really high quality and the styles are super cool and on-trend. But I messed up on the sizes for a couple items, so I reached out to their customer service team for help. I'm excited to see how they handle it and if they can fix it quickly. All in all, I'm excited to keep shopping with this company in the future.
Return process satisfaction
I'm someone who shops at this store a lot, and up until now, I've never had to return anything. I was a little worried at first, since the stuff they sell here comes from far away, but the process was actually really smooth and fast thanks to the customer service team. They gave me a simple and clear way to return the item, and they were super quick in responding to me. The way they handled everything made me really happy and satisfied. I gotta give props to the staff for being so professional and helpful with my return.
Super cool stuff
The stuff I ordered got here pretty fast, except for this one thing that's missing after 2 weeks! But the people working there were really nice and helped me exchange an item that didn't fit. I just wish they could give more accurate shipping estimates, but I still really like their stuff!
GOLD METALLIC JACKET
I ordered the metallic gold trucker style jacket and what I received is ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING like the picture. It doesn't hardly fit my arm nor my body and is no way a 3XL. From a prior return case I'm dealing with from Ciciful, I took the photos of the item, of the merchandise near and on my body. I sent all of that information back to them the same day that I received the item and now they as always want to negotiate and offer me $17.00 for a $56.99 item. I PAID FULL PRICE AND I WANT A FULL PRICE REFUND. They told me they don't offer full refunds. Well I'm starting a class action lawsuit after the first episode and this shows their continual abuse of customers. I'VE HAD IT BEING CHEATED BY THESE SCAMMERS. I PURCHASED IN GOOD FAITH AND THEY NEED TO OPERATE IN GOOD FAITH.
