Two clothing items purchased
I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered two pieces of clothing, but when my package arrived, I got two totally different items in the wrong sizes. When I contacted customer service about the mix-up, they weren't very helpful and said I had to cover the cost of returning the items before getting a refund. Dealing with this lack of quality check and bad customer service made me super frustrated and unhappy with my shopping experience.
Serene clothing for men
I just bought some really cool men's clothing from this store and I have to say, I was impressed by the awesome selection of designer menswear they have. The quality of the clothes was top-notch and the prices were really fair. I was happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be shopping there again.
Overpriced knockoff
Don't waste your money shopping here! I got something that was a letdown. It wasn't good quality, the design was ugly, and it definitely wasn't worth the high price. I could've found something similar for way cheaper somewhere else.
Dissatisfied with quality and returns
I bought some stuff from this place not too long ago and man, it was all just trash. And to make matters worse, when I tried to return it, they didn't even give me all my money back. The things didn't even look like what was shown on the website and now I'm wishing I had spent my money somewhere else. I highly recommend going somewhere else to shop so you don't have to deal with the same letdown I did.
Unique Fashion Pieces
I was so pumped to check out the cool fashion stuff at this store. But, I gotta admit, I was a little thrown off when I had to go up to an XL in a few things, normally I'm more like a M-L. Even so, I was still totally vibing with the awesome pieces they had.
Apparel purchase
I just bought some clothes from this company, but I ran into some problems with getting it delivered. They sent it out without my full address, so it got sent back to the post office. I've been trying to get in touch with the courier service and customer service, but they're taking forever to get back to me. Now, I'm just waiting to hear from the complaints team so we can sort this all out.
Super cool stuff
The stuff I ordered got here pretty fast, except for this one thing that's missing after 2 weeks! But the people working there were really nice and helped me exchange an item that didn't fit. I just wish they could give more accurate shipping estimates, but I still really like their stuff!
GOLD METALLIC JACKET
I ordered the metallic gold trucker style jacket and what I received is ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING like the picture. It doesn't hardly fit my arm nor my body and is no way a 3XL. From a prior return case I'm dealing with from Ciciful, I took the photos of the item, of the merchandise near and on my body. I sent all of that information back to them the same day that I received the item and now they as always want to negotiate and offer me $17.00 for a $56.99 item. I PAID FULL PRICE AND I WANT A FULL PRICE REFUND. They told me they don't offer full refunds. Well I'm starting a class action lawsuit after the first episode and this shows their continual abuse of customers. I'VE HAD IT BEING CHEATED BY THESE SCAMMERS. I PURCHASED IN GOOD FAITH AND THEY NEED TO OPERATE IN GOOD FAITH.
