Custom wedding sign gift
I am so frustrated with this company! I ordered a custom wedding sign gift well ahead of time, following all their guidelines that said orders are made and shipped within 5-7 days. But when I checked on the status as the wedding day got closer, they told me my sign would actually take 10-14 more days. By the time I asked again, three days after the wedding, they said they couldn't make the sign and promised a refund in 3-5 days. But then they had issues with the refund process, and I had to fight with my bank to get back the money they charged me. Now I'm out of pocket, without a gift, and really upset about how unprofessional this company has been.

Clean, high quality product
The website was really nice, super easy to find my way around and had a lot of helpful info. Ordering was a piece of cake, and my package showed up real quick, only took a couple of days. The instructions and info they gave me were easy to understand and really came in handy. The product was awesome, really top-notch quality. And the price was fair, definitely worth it for how good the product was.
