2 Pack Ingredient Bin With Casters 10.5 Gal Mobile Restaurant Kitchen Flour Bins × 1
Purchased 2 ingredient bins for storing flour because of the price. The price seamed reasonable at around $100. However, when we received them one of the bin lids and bin itself were cracked. I immediately contacted them with pictures included and partially still in the packaging. So you can clearly see that they were cracked before I took them out of their packaging. Anyway, I had to send additional pictures in so they could see the same ... outside of the packaging. After a few more emails they said they would send out a new bin. After 15 days I contacted them again and they said that the bins were fine and that I did not put the lids on correctly. What changed from sending me a new bin with cover 15 days ago and now?
I contacted them back coping their own refund policy and hope they do the right thing. My next course of action is contacting my credit card company and filing a fraudulent charge by a company that refuses to sell unbroken products to their customers.Nice easy transaction. item just as described in listing.
