    A handrail was ordered for a job that had a deadline set in stone and ended up having to be delayed a few days as we never received the shipment when it said it would arrive or we never would have placed the order with Vevor in the first place. We ended up having to buy an railing from a local retailer at a higher cost because we couldn't wait any longer, as we were being penalized for everyday the job was delayed over the deadline. When we contacted them by email, as they don't answer the phone, we were offered a return label to send it back and pay a $54 shipping charge, which would be deducted from the refund. When we replied back that we should not be responsible for shipping back due to not meeting the delivery date promised, we were offered a $30 refund and could keep or resell the item, which we have no use for. The reason, the product wasn't damaged (we never opened the box, so do not know) and they have no control over logistics.

    Their Refund policy is fraudulent as it states "If you need to return a product and get a refund, please contact us for free shipping label and ship it back to us." "Satisfying Guarantee for Every Purchase." I now believe this company is not located in the US and is owned and operated by one person, Lesley, who responds very late at night (11:50 pm ET) or very early in the morning (3:57 am ET).

    Oh these people are HORRIBLE!!! I have a pump that's not even a month old and doesn't work at all and they are playing so many games trying to get ME to diagnose it and disassemble it. Like what a warranty huh. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
