Pump and Filter Combo
I wasn't happy with the Pump and Filter Combo I bought. It came all busted up and it took forever to finally get a new one. The customer service folks were no help at all and didn't seem to care about fixing things quickly. And on top of all that, the price was way too high for the kind of product it was. Plus, the delivery was super slow and got even more delayed because of the damaged stuff.

Damaged order, refund issue
My order came in all messed up, like real messed up, you can see in the pics I took. I called up customer service thinking they'd help me out, but all they said was I had to send it back to get my money back. That don't make no sense 'cause there's no way they can sell it again. They should just give me a new one or my money back without all the trouble of sending it back. This whole thing was a nightmare. I ain't buyin' from them again, that's for sure.

Mattress purchase
The mattress I bought was supposed to be made in the USA, but turns out it was actually made in China. I felt deceived and ripped off. On top of that, the customer service was terrible and they never followed up with me, making me wish I never bought from them in the first place. All in all, a pretty bad experience because of all these issues.

Baby monitor device
The baby monitor is fine if you're not always watching it. It seems to lose connection with the base a lot, even when I'm right nearby. The alerts are really loud and can be a bother, especially when I'm changing my baby in the middle of the night. The app is slow to update and doesn't let me customize much. It's helpful, but I don't think it's worth the cost.

Chlorine tab order issue
I recently ordered some chlorine tabs, and man, did I hit a snag! My shipment got majorly delayed, like we're talking a whole week passing by with no movement. So, I reached out to customer service to see what’s up. They told me they hadn’t even gotten the order out yet, even though the warehouse is pretty close to me. The rep said they could resend it, but that would mean waiting another 7 to 10 days. I let them know how frustrated I was about the lack of updates and suggested they should be more clear about delays when you’re ordering. I didn’t get offered a refund, instead, I gotta wait another week to get my money back. All in all, this whole thing showed me some big problems with this company, especially when it comes to customer service.

I was pretty excited to get these - but after two weeks it never came. So my review isn't great - but only bc they never delivered product for which has been paid. Customer service isn't helpful, claiming they are sorry but hang tight for two weeks. Sadly, this will not be a product I can get behind. Boo. I was excited to try.

4 items- all poor quality
Terrible customer service!!! 3 of the 4 items I purchased: 1 was the incorrect item altogether, 1 was polyester instead of denim per the item description and 1 was missing an entire word out of the quote on the t-shirt. The t-shirt's description said cotton, but again, it was polyester. Even though these errors were the fault of the company, they wanted me to pay to ship them back to China and would not refund the full amount (minus shipping, of course) until they received them. I ended up settling for a partial refund and am donating the items to Goodwill. Crazy that I am out money due to their error!!!

If you want something shipped in 2021 forget about it. I ordered a swimsuit the end of May and paid an additional 18 for 3 to 5 business days shipping. I was hoping to have it for my vacation on June 15th. As of June 23rd there is no sign of the order other than emails saying it’s on its way. Read the reviews! I should have.

louise and infinity necklaces
negative- I selected June birthstone for both my necklaces and they put April in by their CHART not mine. I emailed and spoke with someone that argued with me about the birthstone color. Idiot I didn't make the chart or the colors!!!! Then guess what my email happens to get blocked so I can't email them to discuss the matter no longer! How rude!!! So the necklaces are wrong! No one wants to fix them or give me a refund? I will report this site and NEVER order from here again!
