Vevor 3T air jack
I really like this jack. I wasn't sure about the whole air cushion lifting. I thought a total lift of 10" would be lame but the 6 -16" lift is plenty and actually ... than my hydraulic jacks (14"). Very fast and effortless lifting. I wish I had this thing during the last 20 years of automotive work.
Chainsaw Sharpener
Hi I bought 2 chainsaw sharpener from Vevor and they both have the same problem . They grinding wheel viberates badly and grinding wheel wobbles . I contacted them at there toll free number on there site and the receptionist sent me a link to send videos to which I did and she stated Vevor support would contact me which they did . Now the nightmare begins. I have been emailing the company in which they are asking for more photos of the problem because they didn't receive the photos which the receptionist said see received. Well I tried sending more videos but they are rejecting because of size no matter what size I send them. I asked them to send out return shipping for the items Because there is a manufacturing defect . All I'm getting is the run around. They asked me to get the sharpeners fixed locally you can't because there's no parts for them . I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they don't stand behind there products. I am turning this over to the credit card company.
Barbell Safety Squat Bar
I spent over $140.00 with these people for a weightlifting bar. It arrived in a beat up box in the three pieces I expected--but with NO BOLTS to join the pieces together. I sent several emails and finally got a promise to refer it to their "tech" department and I would get a reply in a few days. It's been nearly two weeks with no response--other than sales emails.
So I took the bar down to the bay on the Gulf of Mexico and dumped it in 40 feet of salt water--and paid approximately $350.00 to a reputable company for a decent bar.
You can all do whatever you want to with your money. I'm just reporting how I lost mine.

I bought this sluice box in may 2022, by June it started coming apart. It's unusable now. I contacted customer service 3 times to get a replacement part, but they never call, email, or contact me back. If you buy anything from Vevor and it works, great. But if anything goes wrong you'll not get any support. Read reviews, this is not an isolated case. They won't provide any parts or service. They won't honor any warranty. They sell chinese junk and won't back it up. My lesson , BUY AMERICAN.
This would have been a five star review if the drum had better provision for holding the frames in place.
Had to use adapters for hose fittings. Works well. Instructions for setting bypass would be helpful.
Great Product and a Great price !!!!
They worked out so well for our family reunion and prayer breakfast.

Ice Cream Machine Model number KM-A116
**DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VEVOR.COM!!!** I ordered the VEVOR 17.8-20 L/h Commercial Ice Cream Machine. Model number: KM-A116 earlier this month on August 03, 2022. I spent over $1,000 on this machine after tax. I diligently looked up the specs and capabilities of the KM-A116 specifically. It's weight being a big one due to the fact that I would be taking it to events, etc. I got the package in the mail, I excitedly open it up, and low and behold it's not even the right machine. It's an ice cream machine (at least they got that part right), but it's obviously not the right one. I figured it was just a mistake (annoying but not the end of the world) so I sent an email to support with pictures of the machine I received, which is CLEARLY not the brand new KM-A116 that I ordered. On second glance I realize it looks like it's been used as well! Not only used, there are even burn marks on the back grill/slats of the machine! I did not spend over $1,000 on a used, damaged, incorrect machine! I looked at the panel that has the info/specs of the machine on it and the model number is BQL-A11-6 (which isn't even orderable on their website), not KM-A116. The machine I received weighs 132.2 pounds! The one I ordered was only 88 pounds which makes a big difference for events.
In my email I included pictures of the machine I received next to the one I ordered, including the panel that clearly shows the model number is incorrect. I also circled the physical differences in the machines. They tell me to wait a few days while they contact their technical staff. I wait. They send me an email a few days later saying, "We got a response from the technician.
They say your product is correct, please use it with confidence". They don't even address my concern at all. I email back explaining the differences again and why I need the specific machine that I ordered. They again say it is the correct machine. I ask them to forward me to a manager. They say they will contact their technician again to confirm and to wait a few days. I wait. They then say, "We got a response from the technician.

What you received is an upgraded product, please use it with confidence". They say its the correct machine, and then say it's an "upgraded one"? That means that they know for a fact that the machine is not the correct one! and I should just "use it with confidence"? I don't care if it's an upgraded machine, it's literally not what I ordered! I paid over $1,000 for the machine that I ordered. What is so hard to understand here? It's so frustrating. I ordered the machine I ordered after doing research to make sure it's what I needed. This "upgraded" machine will not work for what I need it for. Specially when it's USED and DAMAGED as well. They sent me the wrong machine and are not even trying to work with me to make sure that I get what I actually ordered! Again, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VEVOR.COM!!!
