They are scam they playing game with you the oven I ordered from them is heating none stop metal burning hot won't shut off and they offering me partial refund wich is a complete joke everything look great yeah but they sending already weak or broken items to costumers that's the point so if you want a replacement this is a MISTAKE DON'T buy this fake chinese scam you don't want anything from them PERIOD
