Plasma cutter
WARNING! Dont go near this company! I bought a plasma cutter and when connected to 220V the casing is live and i got an electrical shot from the machine when i touched it.
When asking for replacement or refund i was offered 20 euro and keep it. I declined of course. after a few days im offered 40 euro and keep it!? Again i declined and i asked if they are joking? a few days more and i am offered 60 euro?
Support is a complete disaster and now i am stuck with a machine that is lethal if i connect it to the socket.
Amazing that a company like this can still exist in 2023!
