Ganni bag purchase

Once I got back home, I did some research on where to buy it and found that Italist had the best price. Even though I was a first-time customer, I decided to go for it and place my order. I'm really happy I did because the bag arrived quickly and was exactly like how it was described and shown on the website. The quality is top-notch and I'm super happy with my buy. Burgundy Men's Dinner Jacket
I got this Burgundy Men's Dinner Jacket from this company, but darn, it never showed up. Even though I had a FedEx tracking number that said the label was made, the jacket didn't even make it to the shipping company. I reached out to customer service through a bunch of emails and calls, but no one got back to me or helped out. It was super annoying and really disappointing to deal with this lack of communication and follow-through. Gonna have to leave a review on BBB to let others know about this bad service.
