Suit, hat, shirt and shoes
I ordered the items above and only got the suit. I contacted the company and still no response. I had to go buy the missing items again. I'm requesting a refund for the items I didn't receive and I have the package on camera that was delivered. Not a good company to order from.
Suits, shoes, Hats
I was excited to use this service. Easy to use the app and it looked like quality products. Issue I had was with shipping. I needed for an event and it said a few days yet some items took over a week or so. Support has been delayed. I have tried to contact someone within my 14 day time period to return some items and I have not heard back from anyone even after repeated attempts. I am one to never leave any bad reviews and it pains me to write this however I have gotten very frustrated with their service and feel it needs to be said.
Tan Suit
I ordered a light tan suit. A very shiny gold suit was delivered. The phone number for customer service does not connect to a person, because they claim to not have the staff. So I have to email. The email chain went back and forth for days as they kept asking me questions about the product, if I am willing to settle for a different suit, or accept a discount on a future suit. After 3 days of questions, they told me to "follow the instructions below" to return... and they included no instructions. This business is essentially run like a giant scam. Never buy from here. You won't get what you want and you'll never be able to return it.
Men's 1 Button Sequin Shawl Tuxedo in Gold
Placed my order and product that was delivered is not even close to the product I purchased! It is NOT shawl and it is NOT Gold. The number provided is a recording stating that due to COVID, the call center is closed. I have emailed and sent a text as well as used their website to chat with someone online, and nothing.
3 piece slim fit suit
When i received the suit, it was not what I ordered except for the color. It was supposed to be slim fit and it wasn't, it was supposed to have a double breasted vest and it didn't. I exchanged a few email with "customer service" or lack of and their answer was a $30 refund (the suit costs over $200) or send it back. I spent $150 to have it altered to fit properly like a slim fit suit should. Do not buy from this company!
Men's western tuxedo
SUPER Duper Negative!!! I Ordered a tux on a Friday at 8:00 am and paid $60 for next day delivery. The tracking kept showing pending so I called. They made an excuse that "this sometimes happens if they print two labels. Sounded like bs but I gave them the shadow of the doubt. It is now the following Thursday and they are no longer replying to my emails. They also say they don't have phone service due to covid. I call BS on that too. Just lazy and keeps them from dealing with issues.
As of now, The tracking still shows as pending meaning FedEx has still not received the package. I called my credit card company and requested a charge back. Terrible company to do usiness with in my experience.Men's White Tuxedo order# 13474
Ordering process was easy, however the size chart is totally off. I ordered a size 40 S the first time and they sent a size 38 I then had to pay $30 for shipping to send back their mistake, and was charged for shipping twice. I ordered a suit, tie, and vest set, however the vest set was not the right color so I sent it all back together in same package. I was only refunded for the suit, not the vest and tie. SO I lost out on that money plus the money for shipping. I then had the exchange sent to only receive two sizes smaller than what I originally ordered. I am obviously livid at this point, and their response was " I don't see what the issue is our sizes are on our website, and are accurate." Well the problem is the size chart is incorrect. Horrible customer service, also you are unable to speak with a live person, nor leave a message for someone to call you back! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I have emailed several times, to exchange the size, and there is absolutely no response!!!! I will never purchase here again!!!!!!!

three items; two bow tie sets at $29 and a black wing tip tuxedo shirt $79
I received only the one red and black bow tie. it's been two weeks and I have not received the rest of my order. after emailing and trying to track I have nothing. still have no answers.?????
White tuxedo and ivory tux
I ordered 3 suits. All the same size. 2 of the suits didn't fit. One was off color.. I was told I could only get store credit. Had to pay a crazy amount to ship the 2 back. I'll see if they honor the credit!
Mens plum suit
Theyre return policy is unprofessional. I ordered the plum suit thinking the suit was the same color as advertised. I received the suit and it was not the same shade. It was much darker. I contacted to get a refund and they told me i had to pay to ship it back. It’s frustrating that i would have to pay more money to send back an item that was false advertised. They tried to blame it on how my monitors would show the color but i looked on multiple devices and all were the same color on the website. They responded with “send it back or not your choice.” Forcing to to pay to ship it back.
3 piece gatsby suit
Suit received with no size labels on it. It fit me I'm a ladies size 10. Did they send anything to make $?I sent pictures, tracking #. NO RESPONSE. I received 12/28. Responded 12/28. They received with tracking no. 1/11. No phone to contact. This is a real problem.

***UPDATE***** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! they do not respond to any messages, email or text. This is a scam company and I have disputed the charge with my credit card issuer.
