White Suit Costume Description
I bought the White Suit Costume and wasn't too happy with it. The website said the pants could be adjusted by 4 inches in or 2 inches out, but it didn't say I needed a tailor to do that. That was kind of an important detail to leave out. Also, the website didn't say the pants weren't finished and needed to be hemmed. It seemed like they just expected people to know that, which was frustrating. Basically, the suit didn't match what the website said, so now I have to pay extra to get it fixed up.

I wish I had looked into this place before buying from them. The tuxedo I got was terrible, nothing like what they showed online. And when I tried to return it, they slapped me with a 20% restocking fee! Definitely not the customer service I was hoping for. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Tuxedo rental for a formal event
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. Even though I ordered way ahead of time, the tuxedo that showed up wasn’t what I asked for and it was obvious that it hadn’t been tailored properly. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of customer service - no one answered the phone and they took forever to respond to emails. They blamed the lack of service on Covid rules in California, but I didn’t buy that excuse. All in all, it was a pretty aggravating experience.
Tuxedo, SHIRT, bowtie
BEWARE... Nice clothes - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a shirt along with my tuxedo and they sent the wrong one. It arrived almost 3 weeks ago and they still have not sent out the correct shirt, even though I told them the day it arrived and explained I had an event yesterday.
They will only communicate through email and via anonymous names with J... as the indicator (eg J21). I have repeatedly asked for a status or expected date and each time they keep trying to convince me to just keep the shirt I sent and they'll rebate $ back to my credit card. I don't want the ... ruffled shirt. I ordered the plain front shirt.
No one can tell me anything. They can't admit the shirt is out of stock, backlogged, no longer available.. NOTHING. Just keep offering a rebate. Like robots.
Again, nice clothes... but make ... well sure whatever you order is correct and delivered. You'll more than likely be out of luck if there's even a tiny error. There is no HUMAN side to this business. All keyboards and emails. JUST BEWARE!2 Dinner Jackets
100% SCAM! I've ordered 2 dinner jackets. Received 2 jackets, 2 vests, 2 pants and 2 bowties and none of them were what I ordered. When I asked how to return and get refund, they always came back with x amount of discount to keep the products that I didn't order. They have zero accountability for their mistake. Countless emails and back, ZERO resolution. I would not trust them with anything.
Same experience. NO human contact. Just emails. No accountability for sending wrong items.

I had a suit that was the wrong size. I immediately put back in box and returned. They charged a 20% restocking fee, I payed to ship it back myself (another $20) AND they subtracted the original shipping to me ( which was supposed to be free shipping?!?) customer service is ridiculous and terrible. Suit showed up absolutely massive. Way larger than sized. Returned the suit and asked for refund. A week later they say have to check with bank becaise they sent refund. This is a scam site. DO NOT BUY
Plum Suit - oversized and the service was the worst!
I got a suit from this place for my birthday. I got 3 other blazers that were all a 44L but the one I got from this place was 4-6 sizes too large and made it seem like I was a kid wearing my dad's suit. So I reached out to customer service, no " Hi," or "Im sorry about the issue...," or any other basic courtesies, just straight to "there's a fee for returns, you pay for the shipping for the return, and the exchange item. The customer service rep has only made a bad experience even worse. Im still going back and forth with them and cannot believe I have to deal with either paying an additional $60+ for an exchange or just cut my loss on the suit altogether.

100 percent scam site. No customer service. They send you apparently whatever they have too much of so that you can pay to send it back. And pay extra to get what you actually ordered. Still hiding behind Covid rules in California to provide terrible customer service. Can't get anyone by phone and apparently they mail once a day. I can understand at least a little they are probably buried.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING MORE THAN COMMON CRIMINALS. BUT, YOU DO HAVE A RECOURSE. DOCUMENT ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM, AND SUBMIT A FRAUD CLAIM TO THE BANKING INSTITUTION YOU USED TO PAY THEM. MY BANK REIMBURSED ME IN MINUTES... AS THEY SENT A JACKET WITH THE SIZE TAG CUT OUT THAT WAS 6 SIZES TOO SMALL, THEN WANTED ME TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE FOR THEIR ERROR. DONT PLAY THEIR GAMES, REPORT THEM TO YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY. IT IS ALSO HELPFUL TO SEND THE LINKS TO THEIR BBB... TRUSTPILOT, AND GOOGLE REVIEW SITES.

this company is a train wreck - I ordered a tuxedo - it was supposedly shipped and then they indicated they don't have the size so ordered another one - week goes bye and email comes with Fedex shipping number - but then another email comes and says they can't ship because it is damaged - their customer service number recording says California is "closed" because of covid and nobody can answer phones - but it September 2022 and California is not closed for covid - end result after four weeks no tuxedo for my event this weekend - really terrible company

Two Tuxedo
I purchased two tuxedo from this company after reading there reviews carefully. The tuxedos came after my event. I contacted the company explained i no longer needed the tuxedo as i had to go out and buy one since the one i ordered never arrived. They told me i have to pay the shipping and send they tuxedo back to them and i will get a full refund of my purchase price and the cost to send the package back to them. I paid $245.00 for the two tuxedos and $67.50 to ship both back to them. I sent this company over 12 emails as there is no phone number to contact them. They never refunded me my money and never answer my email about my refund. This company is fraud do not purchase anything from them they are thieves.
Tuxedo and vest
I ordered a sky blue tuxedo and black vest set , when I received the Tuxedo and vest in 3 day because I payed extra for shipping
1. The tuxedo I received was not sky blue like website stated it was steel blue.
2. The black vest set was the wrong size and was missing the tie.
When I contact them by email they said to send it not even offing to pay shipping, STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIS COMPANY. They won’t even answer the phone blaming on the pandemic. Purchased a Navy Shawl Tux. Received it after a week or so. The tux was a little small in my normal size, so I reached out to exchange for a larger size. After a week again they responded with return instructions. I shipped the tux back following their instructions. Haven’t heard back from them since. Been almost a month. My guess is that I got scammed by some Chinese company with an LA warehouse. Do not buy from them. Bad company
Tuxedos
I ordered 2 tuxedos and 1 jacket for my kids for prom. 1 tuxedo arrived as promised, the other 2 were late and too small. I had to make other arrangements for the kids so I emailed(you can't call) about a return and a refund of the late pieces. They offer a 14 day unconditional refund policy but they will NEVER respond to you. Only automated responses through email. I am still attempting to get a refund at the time of this email.
I bought a Tuxedo, bow tie and dress shirt.
I ordered a Tuxedo outfit for $339. Mens tuxedo shipped me the bowtie and shirt, but did not ship the tuxedo. I tried numerous time to contact them, but customer service refuse to speak to me. Finally, I had know choice but to dispute my purchase with the credit card company.
Men's White Tuxedo
Terrible Customer Service. Promised 2-Day shipping (with an extra $30) payment. Nowhere did they disclose that it was Fed-Ex two day, which does not include weekends. Still, the suit would arrive the DAY I needed it with 2 day minus the weekend. Day of, I was told the suit was delayed and would not arrive. So, I had to go buy another expensive suit somewhere in person. I have been trying to get customer service to communicate with me on a return for over a week now, and they keep sending me short, unprofessional, and unhelpful emails trying to get me to keep the suit which I had already explained multiple times I did not want. I'm still trying to work out a return with them and have them say in writing they will give me a FULL refund. Honestly never even opened the box to check the quality of the suit. It does not matter. At this point, they will never have my business again.

I will revise the review if items arrive, but so far it has been almost a month and only 1 of the 6 tuxedos I ordered has been shipped. The phone number is not working and they do not reply to emails in a speedy manner. Very disappointed so far. They have my money and I am missing 80 percent of the order.
