Reading glasses
Oh my goodness, you guys! So, like, I ordered some reading glasses to make me look all nerdy and stuff, but they totally messed up. They ended up sending me the wrong glasses for seeing far away instead of up close! And then when I returned them and got a new pair, they were still incorrect! I mean, seriously?! I contacted customer service multiple times and explained it in simple terms, but they just couldn't seem to understand. How irritating! I was convinced that the third time would be the charm, but no, still wrong. Ugh, so aggravating!

I thought SmartAsset would help me make some smart money decisions, but it totally let me down. Turns out, it was a complete waste of time. They're not helpful to anyone - not me, not the advisors. They're just running a big scam!

Fresh dog food delivery
I just got a delivery of fresh dog food for my furry buddy and man, oh man, was I blown away by how awesome it was! The packaging was super impressive and clearly showed that this company is all about giving our four-legged pals the best and healthiest meals possible. My dog went crazy for the food, especially the parts with carrots - her absolute fave! I really love how they pay attention to all the little details and use only the best ingredients to make sure our pets are eating right. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and you bet I'll be ordering from them again.

Dinner Jacket
This company is a total mess! I ordered a dinenr jacket and got the totally wrong thing. On top of that, they never even sent me the bow tie combo I wanted. When I reached out to get my money back, they ignored me. And to add insult to injury, I had to pay to ship the jacket back. Stay away from this company at all costs!

The water bottles they have here are really awesome! I got one and it's seriously my new favorite thing. They fixed my mistake super quick when I ordered the wrong one, even on a Sunday! The customer service at this place is INCREDIBLE and the bottles are top-notch quality. I seriously can't get enough of them!

Roka rucksack purchase
I recently bought a Roka rucksack from this store. The bag I got was teal, but it looked different than the picture online - more like a bottle green shade. I emailed customer service and David quickly got back to me with a solution. He offered a free return (usually there's a fee) and showed me a photo of another bag in the color I wanted. I ended up ordering the new bag and I'm really happy with both the product and the awesome customer service. Thanks a lot!

Gaming Chair
The packaging was great and it got here sooner than I thought. They even sent me an email with a pic of the package which was a cool little detail. I got the chair for my son who lives with his grandma so I didn't get to see it myself, but my son texted me a pic and said he really likes it way better than his old one. At first, he was mad about how much he thought it cost, but once he saw it, he totally changed his mind.
