Ring, Bracelet, and Earrings
I ordered a ring, bracelet, and earrings from this store. They are super cute and came really quickly in the mail. They look exactly like the pictures online. I haven't had any issues with them rusting, which is great. The only downside is that the clasp on the earrings and bracelet is a little weak, so I make sure to be careful not to lose them.

Healthy smoothie goodness
Man, this smoothie is bomb! It tastes so good and it's actually healthy. And get this - it saves me some cash and helps cut down on waste. How awesome is that? I dig that it's all organic and straight from the earth. Plus, it's super handy to have at home or bring with you on the move.

Winter jacket
I went to the store to check out this really cute winter jacket I saw online, but they didn't have it. But you know what? I met this super nice lady named Maura! She was incredibly helpful and sweet, even though they didn't have what I wanted. She knew everything about the store and was just a total gem. I wish more people were like her. I left feeling like a happy customer, no doubt.

Shoes with terrible quality
I recently bought some shoes from the store and man, let me tell you, I was super disappointed with how they turned out. When I got the shoes, I saw that they were all scratched up and looked like they had already been worn. I was expecting way better quality from a store like this. So, I returned the shoes right away, thinking I'd get my refund no problem.<br><br>But, it's been over four weeks now and still no refund. I even gave them tracking info to show they got my return, but I haven't heard a peep from them. This lack of communication and slow refund process has me feeling really frustrated and let down with their customer service.

Chips and soda
I just went to Snack Break to get some chips and a soda. The ordering part was fine, but the service was just not great. The prices were reasonable for what I got, but it took forever to get my stuff and the packaging was not good. I was pretty let down by my visit to Snack Break.

Incorrect suit received
This company is a total nightmare to deal with, I swear. I ordered a suit and got the wrong one. So, I called them up to try and fix it, right? But all they did was offer me a tiny discount to keep the suit I didn't even want. I tried calling them a bunch of times, but no one ever picked up. And when I shot them an email, they straight up ignored me and didn't even try to make things right. It's pretty clear to me that they don't give a damn about their customers or making them happy. I wouldn't be surprised if they were running things out of a garage, which would explain why they're so unprofessional and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
