I'm really happy with how the custom shirts for our sorority event turned out! The material was really nice, and the design was perfect for us. The ordering part was a little confusing, and I felt like the prices were a bit high compared to other places I've used before. On the bright side, the delivery came on time, so that was good.

Bad Dress Purchase
Man, I'm kicking myself for dropping 15 to 20 bucks to ship that stupid dress back to Miami via FedEx. No tags on it, so I had no clue about the size or what it was made of. Turns out, it was ugly, cheap fabric and poorly put together. Didn't even fit me right! Such a drag. Shipped it back as soon as I could, fingers crossed for a refund soon. Lesson learned - never shopping from them again. Ugh!

Booking process
I recently booked a vacation rental online and got some confusing confirmation emails. Right after booking, I got three emails from a different company confirming my reservation at a different price than what I agreed upon. That definitely got me worried about being scammed. I reached out to the company sending the emails, but they said they weren't handling the money side of things. Feeling frustrated and unsure, I called the original website and got a hold of a guy named Darryl. Darryl straightened things out for me, said the extra emails were sent by mistake, and confirmed the right price for my reservation. With Darryl's help, I was able to finalize my booking and pay the deposit without any problems. Despite the mix-up at first, I was happy with how things got resolved and thankful to Darryl for helping me out.

Man, these shoes were something else! They were so gorgeous, perfect for jazzing up any casual or smart casual look. But dang, being someone with wide feet, they just weren't the right fit for me. So, I decided to hit up customer service for some help, and let me tell you, they were absolutely fantastic. They were super quick and professional in their responses, and on top of that, they were so patient and understanding. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy with how everything turned out. I can't sing their praises enough for their top-notch customer service. Even though the shoes didn't work out for me, I'll definitely be coming back to this brand all because of the amazing service I got.
