Address Change Issue
I recently made an order and updated my address with them. However, when I placed a second order, I saw that my address had gone back to an old one. I contacted customer service right away for help, but their response was not helpful. They said they couldn't fix it, even though it was their mistake. I tried to get FedEx to help, but they said I needed Buckle's permission. Despite knowing about the issue, Buckle didn't contact FedEx promptly. I feel like they purposely made me pay for something I won't get. This whole thing has me doubting their customer service and ethics.

This company does some really shady stuff. I suggest you steer clear of sharing your info for a free DVD or video course. They sign you up for their pricey VIP club without asking, and it's super hard to get them to stop charging you.

Constantly locked out of account
Ever since I opened my account, it feels like I've been locked out with no fix in sight. I keep getting survey invites but no one bothers to reply to my emails about my account problem. The "raise a ticket" option just gives me an error message. I was almost ready to report them for phishing until they asked for feedback.

I just bought some leggings for my baby and I have to say, I am super impressed with how cute and well-made they are. They are so soft, have a nice stretch to them, and keep my little one nice and warm. Plus, there were so many different patterns and styles to choose from, so it was easy to find something I liked.

This software is pretty basic and just doesn't have that spark of originality. It kind of pushes new musicians to lean on pre-made music instead of coming up with their own stuff. It's a letdown for people who really want to let their creativity shine through their music.

Vinyl subscription service
When I decided to give that vinyl subscription service a shot, I was really excited. But man, was I let down. It felt like a total scam - they were sending me stuff they wanted to get rid of, not what I actually wanted. And those lame excuses for the vinyl they chose? Give me a break. No integrity at all. And to make matters worse, there wasn't even an option to return or exchange it. So now I'm stuck with worthless vinyl. It's like some twisted joke - they drop off the garbage at your door and you're stuck with it forever.
