As someone shopping here for the first time, I've been eyeing those Tammy shoes for a while now. They remind me a lot of this pricier brand that I'm obsessed with, but they don't break the bank. Double billing issue
I just went through a whole thing where I got charged twice because I had two accounts with similar email addresses but different names. Once I caught on to what was happening, I reached out to customer support to fix everything. It was a bit of a hassle at first trying to figure out what went wrong, but one of the team members stuck with me and sorted it all out. In the end, they gave me a really nice fix for the situation. I really appreciate the great customer service and how everything turned out in the end.

New Store Experience
I ventured into this new store thinking I'd score some awesome finds, but man, it was a disaster! The first guy I chatted up had no clue what I meant when I asked for swimming togs. I mean, come on, that's like basic lingo, right? And then the checkout person was clueless about my rad payment apps. Seriously, not cool, dude! And to top it off, when I got home, my new gear still had those pesky security tags on them. Ugh, talk about annoying!

Uncomfortable but effective skin care device
This skin care device is really helping out with my skin, but man, it is so uncomfortable to wear. I wish it had like an extra strap around my neck or over my head to give me more support. Plus, the opening for the nose is just weird and leaves a mark that's starting to bug me. Despite all the discomfort, I've been sticking with it for 10 minutes each day because I can actually see some good results on my skin.

Leather belt purchase
My husband has been looking for a leather belt that fits well and will last longer than a year. He really likes how these belts adjust, especially because he had a similar fabric one when he was younger. The leather belts from this company are sleek, high quality, and work great. I actually got him another color as a gift because he loved the first one so much. My only suggestion is for the creators to maybe think about adding a lighter weight buckle option.

Compensation for lost package
So I had this problem where UPS lost my package during shipping. It wasn't totally their fault, but I decided to contact the folks at GOAT for help. I was really impressed with how helpful and professional the support team was. They walked me through everything and made sure I got reimbursed for the lost package. I'm really thankful for their assistance and I appreciate all the time and effort they put in to fix this problem for me. I definitely suggest reaching out to the GOAT support team if you ever have delivery issues.

Breast Cancer Battle Pass Transfer Issue
My experience with the company was really disappointing and frustrating. They wouldn't budge on transferring our passes to another date, even though I'm battling breast cancer. We lost £1200 because of it. The customer service team showed no empathy or understanding, which was just terrible. It's sad to see them care so little about customer satisfaction, especially when I'm going through a tough time.

Collagen purchase
I recently bought this collagen product from this company, and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how great it works. I've tested out a bunch of different flavors, and they all went above and beyond what I expected. But, there's this one flavor - peach mango - that I just can't get enough of. It's now my go-to. Unlike other collagen brands I've tried before, this one doesn't leave a weird aftertaste and actually tastes pretty dang good. Since I started using this collagen, I've seen a big difference in how my skin looks. My forehead wrinkles are less noticeable, and the cellulite on my legs is going away. I'm super happy with the results I'm getting from this collagen product and definitely plan on sticking with it.
