Sex toys
Shopping with pink cherry has always been positive and easy, but the delivery by UPS is not good. Lazy driver writes note and claims no one home to accept. if he can follow others in to the building and then realize he has no access to the elevators, he just leaves a note. Paid for express delivery ,waste of 20 dollars for that service. It is more of a complaint about there delivery service and that would be there problem to resolve. how this gets handled will be the way I write a follow up review.
Lingerie purchase
You can't really trust the reviews on this site. They only show the good ones and hide the bad ones. I wasted a bunch of cash on lingerie that wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying here!
Adult toy
As a customer, I am really disappointed with the lack of service and communication from this company. I ordered an adult toy, but it never showed up. When I tried to contact customer service, they were not helpful at all. It's just not right for a company to take my money and not give me what I paid for, and then not even offer a refund or anything to make it right. This whole thing has made me feel frustrated and like I got cheated.
Sexy lingerie
I gotta say, I was pretty pumped about all the discounts, codes, and coupons Pinkcherry had going on. But man, was I disappointed when I saw that $14.99 shipping fee at checkout. Total buzzkill, right? Like, come on, Pinkcherry, get with the program! And now Trust Pilot is asking for my contact info just to keep my review up? Nice try, Pinkcherry, but I can see right through that move.
Cock rings
Ordered on Tuesday and paid for expedited shipping for that Friday. Got an email that order was placed and shipping for next Tuesday. Emailed back and wanted to know why since I paid extra and they charged me for it. They wanted me to provide a screenshot of the delivery date like they didn’t already have it. I emailed back either call the shipper and upgrade or cancel the order. Of course, since all they care about is taking your money, they wouldn’t do either. Shady, underhanded, dishonest business. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.
Dildo and cleaner
No one should be ordering from them at all. I received a ... that was already cut open and used. You can clearly see that the item was cut open by a pair of scissors and yet they refused to give me my money back. So gross, disgusting and a joke of a company.
Real Skin Whopper
I hoestly thought they were a scam. They rft my account immediately . When i went to look them up yhey have no way to contct tm other sending a message on line. Its my verky first time and it will be my last. Package wà never deluvered. I did text them and inquire about my order and then they updated me that UPS would be delivering love and behold the day they were to deliver I got a ding on my phone that said my merchandise was delivered I go to the porch there's no package I called ups and UPS in for me that they weren't delivering to my home they were delivering to the post office that in return would be delivering the package which means there's no picture and they didn't never rang the door they did not deliver the package because I was here not dementia my neighbor was on the porch prior to them saying they delivered it and well after the fact they said they delivered it. I just wonder how many other people this has happened to and they just trying to keep my money they don't want to make a refund and they don't want to reship I duplicate order on top of that I kind of like gave up because it just sounds so unprofessional and a heartless just to take your money and run not give me a good answer to telling me to go to the police station for report go to The postal Office see if it's still there this is absurd I strongly suggest you do your homework and see and read some of these reviews most likely you won't see this one cuz all the reviews I've read didn't say anything like this they're very unprofessional and they should have their license revoked
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have tried to get aresponse from them for over 3 weeks on and Item I bought that doesnt work. I have reported to the BBB
