I recently bought some tinctures from Venterra Farms and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. They're strong and really help me with my anxiety and stress. The flavors are nice too, not too overpowering. I like that they use organic hemp and it's full-spectrum, it makes me feel good about using it. The customer service team was great, they helped me out with my order and the prices are fair for the quality. The delivery was quick and the packaging was secure. Overall, I'm happy with my experience with Venterra Farms and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

New service orders
I recently tried to set up two new service orders with the company, but they mysteriously got cancelled both times without any explanation. It was super frustrating because the building I'm moving into already had a Verizon Fios Residential account all set up. You'd think it would be easy to just switch it over, right? But no, they said the old account had to be cancelled, all the equipment sent back, new service added, and new equipment set up. Such a headache! And to top it off, the offshore support team was no help at all, just made everything even more complicated. Definitely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I saw a bunch of bad reviews, but my experience with this store was awesome! I bought a dress online but messed up on the size. I reached out to customer service on Instagram and they were super helpful. They even canceled my order over the phone so I could get the right size. The clothes matched the photos and are really good quality for the price. I've been shopping here for years and it's definitely one of my top stores.
