Carbon steel fry pan
I bought a carbon steel fry pan from this company not too long ago, and sadly, it got all rusty after just a few times using it. I was bummed out because I feel like they should've warned me about that possibility so I could've gone with a different pan. Also, it's a bummer that the warranty is up and the company isn't supporting their product. This whole ordeal has definitely made me think twice about buying from them again.

Sharp blades, easy to use
Oh my gosh, this thing is amazing! The blades are crazy sharp but for some reason they never actually cut you, it's like magic or something. I've had it for a couple of years now and it's honestly the best. It trims my hair so quickly and effortlessly, I'm obsessed with it!

Fragrance Set

I emailed customer service and sent a pic of the wrong item. They replied super fast and even called to say sorry for the mess-up. They sent me the right item right away and I was able to enjoy my fragrance set with no more problems. Overall, I had a really good experience with this company and I was happy with the customer service.
