Faulty leggings resolved
I had a problem with some leggings I bought because they were defective. I contacted customer service, and Charlotte W helped me out. She was super nice and really made things easier. Charlotte handled everything quickly and made sure my problem was fixed right away. Her professionalism and friendliness made a big difference for me, and I was happy with how everything turned out. I'm really grateful for Charlotte's excellent customer service at this store. Thanks a lot!
