Personal Finance Software
I've been using personal finance software for a while now and it used to work great. Lately though, there have been some changes that have made it less enjoyable to use. The user interface, which was fine before, is now just average. I keep running into problems with the formatting every time I open the app, which is frustrating because I have to fix it each time. Paying for this app, I shouldn't have to deal with these constant annoyances. On top of that, the customer support has been slow to respond, leaving my issue unresolved for days. As a paying customer, I expect better support for the money I'm spending.
Upgrade for Sync Feature
I totally get what you're saying about the syncing thing in the new upgrade. Syncing ain't an option without it, but you can still work the register. The problem I've had is that the syncing doesn't always work right, and that can be a pain. Plus, I've noticed the upgrade price has gone up a lot in the last year, which kinda sucks. Personally, I don't think it's worth it to drop $70 or even get those early discounts.
Expectations vs Reality
I thought I could just buy the software once and then update it every few years. But turns out, they cut off online access for older versions, just like Quicken. Now I'm thinking about going back to Quicken instead of sticking with Moneyspire. And those upgrade banners on my 2023 version are really starting to bug me.
Renewed accounting software
I just renewed my accounting software subscription because I really like the app and the price is reasonable. But, I gotta say, I'm pretty upset with the lack of support from the company. I bought a license but I can't get into the cloud or use the banking connect feature. I've emailed their support team four times and still haven't heard back. It's really frustrating to pay for a service and then get no help when you need it. I'm thinking about disputing the charge and finding a different platform that actually has good customer support.
Lost transactions nightmare
So, a few weeks ago, we had a total disaster with our account on this money app. It lost all our past transactions, which was so annoying! They couldn't even fix it properly and things just kept getting worse. I was trying to save stuff, but it said I couldn't write anymore, even though I totally should have been able to. I followed all the rules and stuff, but it just made everything worse. In the end, I thought the app messed up my computer, so I had to delete it. Customer service was no help at all and didn't even say sorry or give our money back. Ugh!
Moneyspire
Horrible program. Almost impossible to set up easily and if you don't like it Impossible to get out of computer totally. Avoid this program.

Three days back I downloaded Almost an hour time spent to know how best I can use it
All records of expense and incoming head wise time and date ,conclusive for every month and yearly too If require print out also van be taken ,file can transfer to any other system place or anything
Yearly subscription is better but my request is company should give few days as trial.
