clean packaging, nice hanger, felt professional. The fit and fabric matched what I asked for. A tiny thread loose, nothing major. My doubts faded quickly. I’d buy again. It’s not flawless, but works great for me and customer service replied quickly and politely when I emailed once.
Unexpectedly Smooth Delivery
Wasn't expecting much after reading a bunch of rude reviews, but honestly I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered on a Sunday and by Wednesday FedEx dropped it on my porch — fast and no drama. The shirts came on a hanger, nicely packaged, looked sharp and exactly what I asked for. Customer service answered a quick question via chat and didn't make it weird, so thumbs up. Compared to past horror stories with other shops, this felt refreshingly straightforward. Kinda happy, will order again.
Almost a mess, then fixed
I almost wrote this off as a scam when I got a weird follow-up email after ordering a pair of shoes I saw on Instagram. The message was sloppy — different fonts, typos — and wanted me to pick another pair, no apology. I was annoyed and ready to dispute the charge. Then I chatted with support (took a bit) and they reversed the charge, apologized, and sent a discount for my trouble. That’s the moment I felt genuinely satisfied. Told my buddy about it after they made it right.
Weird shoe-order saga

Narrow fit, wider problems
I pictured wearing this suit to a client dinner, but I warned myself about online sizing and almost didn’t buy it. The fabric and cut seemed fine, so I went ahead because they advertise a 15‑day return. After it arrived everything was too big. I tried the return form multiple times, hopped into live chat (just got the same instructions over and over), called — someone told me to do it online and the call was dropped — and sent emails. No meaningful replies. So those pre-purchase worries about support turned out to be real; they aren’t gone. I still use other suits for work and commuting, but this one is packed away until they actually respond (which so far seems unlikely).
Men's apparel purchase
My experience buying men's clothes from this company was amazing. Even though I saw some bad reviews, my own experience was really outstanding. I ordered some clothes on a Sunday and got them delivered by FedEx to my door by Wednesday. The clothes I got were exactly what I wanted, and they were packaged really nicely. They were hanging on a hanger neatly and looked very professional. After this great experience, I would definitely shop with this company again in the future.
Handmade Leather Ankle Boots
Don't know if this company is legit or no, but I never got my order or any answer after emailing. There is no phone number, and no one answers the email messages. I would advise you to run not walk to the next site. Had to call my credit card company in which they had tried to contact Alligator Warehouse to no avail. Please try another company. This one is not right!
Ivory color Wedding Tuxedo
Hello my name is Jonathan Perry and I'm. about to be married on July 29 of this year. I placed an order for this particular tux about five weeks ago, of course I did receive the tux but it was to large I call them of course they didn't answer the phone, then I emailed them they did answer back explaining to me that in order for me to exchange the never worn tux I would have to GET THIS PAY THEM $25. Now this is Only for an exchange.i then we t to Fed X to send the tux back so the young associate that was helping me said that even when she tried to call their again was NO! answer. So meanwhile a Fed X guy came in to pick up packages so I stopped him and explain to him about my problem. He then told me that NO! I was doing to much all I had to do was take the label that was already printed on the package let the young tape the box and send it back, so I did all those things and also sent a message note with it explaining to them what I wanted them to do. Guess what? Still NOTHING FROM THEM. So now I'm doing what I got to do by going through the Better Business Bureau, and having the so call company investigated. Men, Women if you're looking for a suit or Tuxedo I truly advise you to NOT! USE ALLIGATOR Warehouse. Jonathan Perry Atlanta, Georgia.
Suits
These people are thieves and liars – straight criminals stealing and operating in the wide open and I am about to refer my experience with them over to the police for further actions. To make a long story short, I ordered five (5) suits totaling over $500 a while ago and still haven't received all of them. When something is finally shipped (after numerous begging requests), they only send one piece at a time. It is now at the point where they don't send anything now and just barely bother to lie about it, so I am in the process of notifying the police, BBB and whoever else about this bogus company.
Along with the criminal action of not providing already paid for items there is the constant lying and deceitfulness of the staff who you can only reach by email...not direct conversation or face to face meeting.
SPREAD THE WORD, DON’T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY BY ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I PAID FOR AN ORDER AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE. IT IS A RIP-OFF COMPANY WITH A CROOKED STAFF THAT IS FULL OF LIARS AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. JUST LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS. Ordered suit on June 2 and never received orer confirmation. Sent email for status, no response. If they can do customer service online at home (due to covid?) why not phone from home?

Ordered a suit from here, it came in a week like it said it would. I ordered a gray suit but when I opened the box to my surprise it was brown. I tried contacting them with multiple emails since when you call no one answers. They said allow 48 hours to get an email back but I sent those emails over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back. I want a refund but they won’t answer my emails. This store is a scam. Only order from this place if you want to pay for something and not get what you ordered and never get your money back. Complete waist of money and time.
Alligator shoes
I ordered a 750.00 pair of shoes that were supposed to be in stock but never got them. I couldn't talk to no one but only text. They gave me the runaround for abt a month. Finally got the money back. I will never order anything from them again, i would rather walk bare foot than order from them. Please read these reviews before you order from them because i know mine is definitely true!!
Mens Suit
This company is terrible. I ordered a men's suit from them. It was delivered in 7 days. It did not fit so I wanted to return it for a refund. The customer service was awful, there was no way to know how to return something unless you email them and wait 2 or 3 days for them to respond. They asked me why I wanted to return the item 3 times, I said it didn't fit 3 times, then they asked if I wanted to keep it for 50% off. I said no, why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit at all? The sizing chart was wrong because I purchased a suit in my size that would ordinarily fit. I returned it at my expensed ($22) and then they finally refunded my credit card the amount of the suit less $15 for shipping. I paid $149 for the suit and they refunded me $134. When I asked why, they said it was to cover the cost of them shipping the item to me initially. Their website advertises free shipping over $99. They said it was written in their return policy, which is poorly worded, grammatically incorrect and impossible to understand. DO NOT purchase from this company. I have NEVER heard of paying for shipping both ways. Every other online company I deal with makes returns easy. Do your research also, I wish I did.

I ordered a suit and it was late getting to me. I ordered a Black Suit and recieved a Blue Suit. Emailed and called customer service several times,i never recieved a call or email back.I am contacting the BBB and reporting this company , Alligator warehouse Mens Suits.
Purple suit for my dad
If your thinking about ordering from this company DON'T!!! I ordered my Dad a purple suit from this company which promised 5-7 days. I ordered on August 19th delivery was set for August 27th. September 13th, and 2 emails to them later, I still do not have my dad's suit. Not until I threatened them with calling the BBB did I get an IMMEDIATE response! And then they only asked me when did I need the suit, SMH. I told them I "needed" it when I ordered it!!! They said they would check to the order and get it to me next day, THEY DID NOT!!! They issued a refund 2 days later with no further communication letting me know they had. When I went to look at my order to see if it was shipped that's how I found out it was canceled and a refund was given. Now my dad has no suit for a special event!
Mens Ultra Slim Fit Strech Sateen Shiny Sharskin Suit in Black
The suit I ordered arrived precisely five business days from when I placed the, in the time frame promised. The size was correct, and the fit was as I expected. I saw many negative reviews posted about this company (after placing my order), so I became concerned. But my doubts dissipated as soon as I opened the package. The suit was on a plastic hanger, covered by a plastic sleeve inside the box. I worked in men's suiting for many years and am familiar with different fits (slim, modern, classic), so I knew the fit to order for my body type. From my experience selling suits, I know many guys are unaware of what suit fit/size works best for them. That's not entirely a guy's fault because designer-to-designer, country-to-country, suits can fit very differently. So, I wonder if some of the negative reviews about "wrong sizes" were because people were unsure of their size and fit for their body types. Also, suits are rarely a perfect fit fresh out of the box. 90% of men will require alterations for a proper fit. So, if you have an event coming up, don't wait two weeks out to purchase the suit. Give yourself at least 4-6 weeks to ensure enough time for the suit to arrive and get fit to your liking. In any case, the suit I ordered will work for my needs, and I would consider making another purchase with Alligator Warehouse.

I purchased a suit for an upcoming wedding for $179. and when I received it, it was not the right size. I contacted customer service and explain the situation and they replied that I returned the suit and they'll replace the suit, so I did it the very next day. I paid $30 to return the suit in contacting them and informed them that the soup should be returned to them within 4 days which it did. They later emailed me in told me that I'm entitled to getting another suit that's $30 over the price of which I purchased less. When I asked them for the same suit but two sizes ... I received a generated email stating the suit was damaged and for me to pick another suit. I gave him two selections of which I would be content with only to be given a repeat email saying the suit was damaged for me to pick another suit. It is now going on a month and a half, and still don't have a suit nor did I get a refund. It is now September 9th and I've yet to hear anything positive in regards to me getting a replaced suit or a refund of the suit and I'm running out of options. I don't recommend purchasing any suits from this location

Still waiting on a suit purchased 2 weeks ago(5-7) days is what i was told. Said they would contact FedEx about thr delay. Turns out FedEx still hasn't received the package yet. Had plans to order a 2nd suit for my best man. ... It will be my 1st anniversary by the timr I'd receive that one. Never again
