Black Tactical Pants
As a customer at First Tactical, I gotta say I was not too thrilled with how my order went down. The website didn't give me any clear updates on where my black tactical pants were at, so I was totally clueless on when they would show up. I had to bug customer service several times just to get a simple answer. It was annoying and made me wonder if this company was even legit. But hey, once my order finally arrived, I was happy with the quality. Those black tactical pants were top-notch - super sturdy and a perfect fit, just like I wanted. For next time, I just hope First Tactical steps up their game with better communication to avoid any unnecessary stress or doubts about their service.

Oh my goodness, this blanket is seriously amazing! It's like getting a big, warm hug from a koala. Save yourself money and do NOT buy anything from this company! The customer service is horrible, they literally do not even get back to you. I would rather someone give me bad service, than no service at all lol. If you ever need to do a return, they won't refund you the shipping. This company basically stole $7 from me and I will NEVER shop with them again. And you shouldn't either!

Best quality boots I have ever purchased (I bought 6 from Dapper Lane so far). Bespoke shoemakers trying to expand online. Not surprised that they are struggling with the timeline due to the influx of orders. Patience is a virtue gentlemen. Quality is second to none. Definitely worth the price and wait. If you're looking for instant gratification, grab something from Walmarts!

Can’t give lower then two star for service or shipping.
I paid extra for three day delivery and it won’t be here for over a week after the label was created. So much for wearing it to the wedding. Company also refuses to respond to emails, which means they don’t care about the customer. Once you check out, your on your own.

After ordering and waiting, I emailed them to see what the hold up was. I ordered on February 12 and reached out on the 18th just to get an update. They replied and said they would see if they could ship the order by the time I left for vacation.
5 days later on the 23rd, I reached out again to see what the hold up was. No response. I had to send another email and they replied saying that they were backed up. They said that the order would be out for shipment by February 27. They're based in Ukraine, so considering the time difference, they should be roughly a day ahead.
On the 27th, I sent an email asking why the order wasn't shipped. Total silence. I sent 2 more emails and there hasn't been a response. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I dropped nearly $600 and this has been a total nightmare. The lack of communication is a real problem
I hope this is a real review. going on month 5 for me and no one responds to calls, email, or social media.
