    Mediocre experience with Isdin skincare products

    I've been using Isdin skincare products for a few months now and overall, I am pleased with the results. I appreciate that the brand focuses on a combination of science and nature in their formulations.

    I started off with their sunscreen, which has a nice, lightweight texture and doesn't leave a white cast on my face. I have sensitive skin and have not experienced any irritation or breakouts from using it.

    I also picked up their serum and moisturizer from their "Fotoprotector Fusion Water" line. The serum absorbs quickly and has a subtle, refreshing scent. The moisturizer is also lightweight and does a good job of keeping my skin hydrated without feeling greasy.

    One thing to note is that the products can be on the pricier side, but I do feel like they are worth the investment for the quality of ingredients and results.

    Overall, I would recommend Isdin to those looking for a skincare brand that emphasizes science and nature in their formulations. While I haven't had a chance to try a wide range of products, but I will consider trying more products in future.

    Online purchase of skincare products

    I've been using these skincare products for years and I usually get them from a pharmacy. But with everything going on with COVID-19, I decided to order them online this time. I was really impressed with how easy the website was to use - it was a breeze to find what I needed and place my order. Checking out was quick and I got my delivery super fast, even though I'm in the US. On top of all that, I got a nice discount on my purchase which just made everything even better.

    Melaclear Advanced purchase

    We got Melaclear Advanced and once we began using it, the bottle ended up being a complete dud. The product didn't come out at all! We attempted everything, but it didn't help. We contacted the company for a replacement, but they said no! Their customer service was terrible, no empathy or concern for their defective product. It was costly to start with and then not being able to use it due to their lousy bottle design was really disappointing. I'm so let down by their lack of consideration for their customers.

    I just bought some sunscreen online, and let me tell you, the whole experience was super frustrating. I got an email confirming my order was paid for and being processed, but now the company is saying they never got my payment. I know for sure the payment went through on my end, so this is crazy! Instead of getting the sunscreen I ordered, now I gotta deal with getting my money back. It's not right for a company to take your money and then not give you what you paid for or a refund. Totally unacceptable.

    My recent order

    I bought something online and got charged three times on my credit card. It's been over a week and still no sign of my order. I contacted customer service, but only heard back once and they just said they're checking into it. Tried calling but voicemail was full, finally got through and they promised to "escalate" it to their boss. Such a hassle!

    Hypoallergenic sunscreen

    I just bought a hypoallergenic sunscreen from this company, but man, their customer service was seriously lacking. When I ran into a problem with the product, they were no help at all and didn't seem to give a darn about fixing it. It's annoying to drop a good chunk of change on something, only to get crappy customer service in return. This whole ordeal has me thinking twice about buying from them again in the future.

    I was really let down by my experience ordering skincare stuff online. It was a total mess! I even shelled out extra for fast shipping, but my order arrived late and caused a bunch of headaches. The company didn't keep me in the loop at all, and it took forever to get any answers about where my stuff was. Eventually, I did get my money back, but the whole thing was a hassle and totally not worth it. From now on, I'll be looking for other places to buy my skincare products.

    Expired eye cream purchase

    I bought some eye cream from this company, and man, was I bummed when it turned out to be expired. I tried to reach out and let them know, but they haven't done anything about it. On top of that, they're still selling this expired stuff to other people! It's pretty worrying and just plain unprofessional how they're ignoring customer safety and not fixing the problem.
