I've been in touch with customer service a bunch of times, and all they keep saying is they've already sent it out twice and the delivery guy swears he dropped it off both times. Mineral sunscreen purchase
I just bought an expensive mineral sunscreen from a pharmacy in Europe. I was so pumped to give it a try, but man, did it disappoint me after the first use. Even though it's supposed to protect you from the sun, that stuff was like glue on my skin. I tried everything to scrub it off - soap, water - but my skin stayed white and covered in that stuff. I got so annoyed that I just tossed the rest of the sunscreen in the trash.

We got Melaclear Advanced and once we began using it, the bottle ended up being a complete dud. The product didn't come out at all! We attempted everything, but it didn't help. We contacted the company for a replacement, but they said no! Their customer service was terrible, no empathy or concern for their defective product. It was costly to start with and then not being able to use it due to their lousy bottle design was really disappointing. I'm so let down by their lack of consideration for their customers.
