Personalized black doll with curly hair
I just got this really cool personalized black doll with curly hair for my niece and I was so impressed by how well-made it is. It looks exactly like it did on the website, with really pretty details and a super soft body. I got to pick a name for the doll, which made it even more special as a gift. Online sunscreen purchase
I just bought some sunscreen online, and let me tell you, the whole experience was super frustrating. I got an email confirming my order was paid for and being processed, but now the company is saying they never got my payment. I know for sure the payment went through on my end, so this is crazy! Instead of getting the sunscreen I ordered, now I gotta deal with getting my money back. It's not right for a company to take your money and then not give you what you paid for or a refund. Totally unacceptable.

Quick resolution of sizing issue
I got a couple of shirts for my son on this website, but ended up with the wrong size. I contacted customer service, and they were super quick in sorting it out. They didn't make it complicated, just sent me the right size. The shirts were really nice, and my son was thrilled with them. I was really pleased with the whole experience.

Great price, delayed key, spam emails
The price for the product on this website was really good. I was a little unsure at first because it seemed too good to be true. I decided to buy a digital license, thinking I would get my product key right away. But instead, I had to wait until the next day to get it, which made me a little anxious. It would have been nice if they mentioned the delay when I was making the purchase. The worst part was that even though I unchecked the box to not get promotional emails, I still got them. Not the best way to make sure customers come back.

Mini garden tools set
I'm a newbie here and usually stick to buying Sugru, but this time I branched out and got a mini garden tools set on sale. Bummer, though, because when I actually got the product, I saw that all three tools were defective - the heads wouldn't stay attached to the sticks. I had actually seen the same set at another store and it was fine, so that was a bit of a letdown.
