Fast delivery, high-quality product at half the price
I'm really impressed with my recent purchase from this company. The delivery was super quick and the product quality was even better than I expected. It's just as good as the original but at half the price. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Ink cartridge purchase
This company is straight-up full of lies and trickery. They'll tell you anything to make a sale, but once their faulty products don't work, they'll leave you high and dry. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sketchy company at all costs.
Cannon 245XL Cartridge
Toner Kingdom will promise you the Sun,Moon and Stars and yet will do absolutely nothing. They highly advertise on all their websites a 36 month warranty on their products.That warranty does not exist. The cartridge we purchased from them stopped working a few months after we purchased it. With ample ink in the cartridge the printer can no longer recognize it. We e-mailed them about this and asked how do we obtain the warranty. They also advertise they will answer your e-mail within 24 hours. Not so either. It was a few days before they responded. They claimed they couldn't find our order and if we would send them the order number and buyer ID to not worry they would provide us with a satisfactory solution. We sent them what they requested and a copy of the receipt where we purchased it. We waited a few days without any response. We then sent this a second time the receipt showing order number and buyer ID. We waited a few more days. No response. We sent another e-mail requesting a response from them. Still nothing. I am pretty sure they figured we couldn't produce an order number or a receipt and this would give them an excuse to not warrant anything, Toner Kingdom has no intention of warranting anything or providing a satisfactory solution. We made a mistake purchasing from them but I hope this review will keep some one else from making the same mistake.
HP toner replacement cartridges
Quick shipper, but extremely poor warranty service. In fact, it doesn’t exist. Bought a 4 pack of toner cartridges and put some into service, after 4 months I put another color into service. The Cyan lasted 5 months before leaking, the yellow lasted ONE MONTH before leaking.
Their offer for me to buy another 4 pack and they would refund me for two toners was a bs offer. I only wanted them to replace the two bad ones,, what good is an 18 month warranty if they don’t do anything.
WHY would anyone buy from thi company? Stay AWAY, save money
