Painting purchase
I recently bought a painting from this company and I have to say, their customer service really let me down. I placed my order on August 10th, they took the money out of my account right away, and I got the order confirmation. But then, I didn't hear anything else about my order being processed or shipped. I sent them a bunch of emails asking about my order, but all I got back were automated responses and nothing actually happened. And now, I can't even see my order history on their website. They blamed the pandemic for the delay, but I still haven't gotten my money back.
