I've been using soundcore earphones for a while now, and I gotta say, the sound quality is top-notch and the app that comes with it is super easy to use and gets the job done. Customer service took a bit to get back to me, but the feedback I got was all positive and they sorted out my problems. Usually, I buy my soundcore stuff from resellers or sites like Amazon, but now I know it's better to hit up soundcore directly if I run into any issues with their products.

He fixed the issue right away and even promised to shoot me an email by the end of the day with an update on what was going on. Plus, he reassured me that my certifications were on their way. That kind of customer service really made my whole experience with the company so much better.
