Fun makeup set
My makeup set took forever to get here! I was super pumped to give it a whirl, but it got held up due to some stock issues. The most frustrating part was when the tracking info said it was dropped off on Christmas Eve, but nope, it was nowhere to be found! I was at home all day keeping an eye out, but no delivery person came. I attempted to reach out to the shipping company and HSN, but my emails keep bouncing back. I even went online to file a complaint, but no luck there either. Such a rip off, steer clear of buying from them!

Purchased a pair of shoes
The shoes I bought online were a huge letdown. The size chart was all wrong, so when I got the shoes, they were way too small. I contacted customer service to ask for a bigger size because it was their fault, but they were no help at all. The people I talked to didn't have a clue and couldn't fix the problem. It was a waste of my time and money. I had a terrible experience and wouldn't suggest this site to anyone.
