DEXA scan
I recently had a DEXA scan at this place and I was pretty bummed because it didn't give me the accurate body composition results it promised. The test itself was easy and the price was fair, but the results were disappointing. I'm someone who's pretty muscular and usually gets low body fat percentage results from impedance testing, so I was surprised to see a much higher percentage from the DEXA scan - basically the same as a regular BMI result. Plus, there wasn't much help from the staff in understanding the results, which was kind of a letdown.

Moisturizer
I bought this moisturizer from Lovely Skin and was bummed to see it was about to expire soon. I talked to their customer service about it, but their answer wasn't helpful- they just told me to use it up quickly. I've used their products before and know they usually last longer, so I'm thinking Lovely Skin might be getting old stock from suppliers.

Botox gone bad
So, I went to get my Botox injections, you know? I've been doing it for a while. But this time was a disaster! The nurse messed up my eyebrows, now I look like I'm constantly mad and tired! When I went back, they just said, "Oops, our bad," but didn't fix it! And to make things worse, it turns out the nurse was new! Not cool, dude. They also gave me a hard time when I wanted it corrected. Ugh, absolutely terrible experience!

Mixed media art supplies
I just have to say, the stuff they've got on this site is seriously amazing. Like, they've got everything you could ever need for mixed media art - paints, markers, stamps, you name it. And the quality of the products I got was top-notch. I was like a kid in a candy store going through all their stuff. But man, dealing with customer service was a pain. It took forever to get a response to my questions, and when I finally did, the answers were short and not very helpful. And let me tell you, some of the prices were way too high. It felt like they were trying to rip me off. On the plus side, shipping was super fast, so at least there's that.
