I went to get some laser services done not long ago and when I saw my bill was over $2,000, I was really surprised. The worst part is they were charging me for stuff that they don't even offer in my city. It's been more than 10 days since I told them about this issue, and even after calling them multiple times and going to their office, I still haven't gotten my money back. This kind of dishonesty is just not right and it's not cool. I agree with other people who have called this place predatory.
Laser hair removal treatment
My time at that place was seriously awesome. I was kind of freaking out about getting laser hair removal, but my nurse totally rocked it. She was so gentle, super professional, and really knew her stuff. Honestly, if it wasn't for her, I probably would've bailed on the whole thing. And the folks at the front desk were just so nice and welcoming.

My time at LaserAway was okay, not too great. The service was fine, but nothing special. Customer support was helpful, but not amazing. Overall, my experience there was just average. I had a really bad experience at this place recently. I decided to treat myself to some lip fillers, but I regretted it almost right away. After just two days, I knew it wasn't working for me so I asked for a refund, but they said no. I felt stuck, so I asked for my usual top and bottom fillers instead, but they also said no. I waited almost three months for them to fix things, but they still wouldn't refill my lips. I tried to talk to them about it, but they didn't listen. If you have thin lips like me, avoid this place at all costs. The service and communication were terrible, and I wouldn't suggest anyone go through what I did.
Potenza treatment
I tried out this treatment called Potenza, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The people working there seemed more concerned about making money than giving good service. They even charged me for something I didn't even need and wouldn't give me a refund when I had a negative reaction. They're so sneaky and all they care about is money. I definitely won't be going back there again!
Consultation appointment
I had a consultation at the beauty clinic recently, and I was really excited to talk about the different treatments and learn more about them. But, it didn't turn out as I hoped. The person I talked to seemed like they were in a hurry and just wanted me to buy a package without answering my questions or addressing my concerns about the treatments. I felt really overwhelmed and pressured during our conversation, which made it hard for me to get a clear picture of everything and make a good decision. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and patience I experienced during the consultation, it definitely wasn't what I was expecting from a beauty clinic.
Clear & brilliant treatment
My second treatment at the clinic went really well! The nurse was super friendly and explained everything so I wouldn't have any issues later on. I had a great time at the clinic, it was awesome! But when I tried to book my next appointment online, it was a disaster. When I called customer service, they told me the dates on the website didn't match when the clinic was actually available. I mean, come on! What's the point of the website if it's not accurate?
Tattoo removal
I went to this place to have my blue tattoo removed, and it was really confusing. The first person said they could do it, but then the second person said they couldn't. Finally, the doctor said they didn't have the right lasers for blue ink. I wish they had been honest from the beginning instead of pressuring me to spend more money. It was definitely not cool.
Hair removal treatment
I recently set up an appointment for a hair removal treatment at one of your locations, but had to cancel due to some unexpected stuff going on. When I cancelled, I was surprised to see that my credit card had already been charged the full $3000 for the treatment. At first, I was told only the person I spoke with at the start could give me a refund. But when I talked to that person again, they said they could only give me half the money back. I never signed any papers or agreed to anything orally, yet I'm being pushed to still use your services. This whole situation has been super frustrating and disappointing, and it feels pretty shady and unfair on your part.

They didn't listen to my complaints or try to fix anything, they just brushed me off and made me feel like I was imagining things. As a long-time customer who has spent over $10,000, I recently got Coolsculpting, Clear and Brilliant Botox, and lip fillers. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The manager convinced me to try Coolsculpting by offering free laser treatments because of my past spending. However, the procedure was more painful and uncomfortable than I was told, and I felt discomfort for over three months. When I asked for a refund for the second applicator, they only gave me a partial refund, and I didn't get the promised free treatment because the manager who promised it had left. I've tried multiple times to get a refund for the Clear and Brilliant treatment too, but no luck. The lack of communication and not keeping promises has left me frustrated and disappointed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where they'll appreciate me more.

Oh my gosh, this place is amazing! I was running behind schedule because of really bad traffic, but they saved me so much time by being incredibly helpful and caring. Big shoutout to Caroline for being awesome and doing such a great job!
